The owner needs to hire better management. I placed a mobile order to pick up before school and was refused service. The manager claims that they open at 9 am. It's listed 8 am online and on the door. She also claims she didn't get any order, and when I confirmed it to be for this Subway, she didn't even bother to check their system, just told me to leave. Didn't cancel my order either, so I can't get refunded. What does a door have to do with your mobile ordering systems? This specific subway is always so lazy and flat-out rude. I suggest going to the other subway further down Greenwood Rd or another location. Any subway, but this one, honestly.

Any particular reason that nobody in the store can answer a simple question such as what day broccoli soup is served? Absolutely no excuse for rudeness. Rude service is inexcusable. Get a non-service job if you can't be nice.

I wouldn't eat here if it was the last restaurant on Earth! They have trash ass customer service. An app order that they should've been able to assist with malfunctioned and took my money off my card without sending them my order. I get there and proceed to show whoever the heavy set female was my order and give her my name. She then tells me oh we haven't received it yet, the order was put in 20 mins before I got there. I said okay and walked back out to my car. I come back and I tell her my order disappeared from the screen after refreshing the app and asked her has it still not come through she tells me no. I then say okay well I'm not sure what's happening but it took my money off my card. Is there any thing other than the transaction that was taken off my card that you have to show I have made an order. She then proceeds to go get a receipt and hand it to me and tell me to call the 800 number. The 800 number also gets you nowhere it doesn't get u to a live rep just tells u to email them about the issue. WHO THE FUCK WANTS TO WAIT ON E-MAILS WHEN THEYVE COME TO GET FOOD THEY PAID FOR AND EVERYONE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT ACTING AS IF THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! After about 5 try's with number she gave me I call in to ask her is there anything else they can do, she goes to tell me to just dispute the transaction as if the money would just go back to my card automatically on a Saturday ! Hell no ! So I'm quiet for a min and without saying anything she just puts me on hold. At this point I'm furious and fighting mad. I sit outside 10 more min to calm down before I call again to ask about the manager or someone above her. She tells me the manager is aware of the situation. Okay so what's the manager going to do about it because at this point give me my money or my food nothing else needs to be said! She try's to reiterate me calling my damn bank and it this point speaking with this young lady was out the window so I asked for the managers number and she tells me she can't give out that information. So I ask if I can give her my info to give to the manager to have him/she call me so I can speak to someone who can actually do something about this. She basically disregards it and tells me it ain't nothing else she can do for me and to do what she told me to do by calling my bank. I hang up on her face as she's talking rightfully so because I'm very sure if it was her money and food she would feel exactly the same way. She showed no sentiment towards the situation and she acted as if she didn't even care it was basically whatever to her. I am beyond upset and I will be placing a complaint every where I can about this situation so others can know how y'all play with people's funds and don't offer any type of solution other than to call your bank or the 800 numberAnd another thing to the young lady who insisted my bank could stop the transaction and only provided that info as assistance for not giving me my damn food or money back. MY BANK COULD NOT PROCESS A REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS PENDING AS I TOLD YOU OVER THE PHONE IT HAD BEEN FROM YALLS END BECAUSE YOU CANNOT DISPUTE PENDING TRANSACTIONS UNTIL IT HAS SETTLED WHICH COULD TAKE DAYS ! For years the only cookie I would purchase was the oatmea raisin cookie. Now things have changed . The oatmeal raisin cookie tastes salty to me . That cookie has been dethroned by the double chocolate cookie . I am a chocolateholic

2 workers in there today. One was a young dude very kind and attentive, the other was an abrasive young lady. My salad was pretty good and the inside was clean enough. Ingredients were fresher than expected but there are better functioning subways.
