Service always is meh ….the management talk to their employees any kind of way and it’s not a nice atmosphere I wish I remember the main manager’s name but can’t right now was there days ago and didn’t like the service and attitudes .

June 29 Saturday morning don’t know the young lady name but she was very sweet good customer service she made me a sandwich so good it didn’t even make it home i ate a foot long in the parking lot.

Severly overpriced and asking employees to pick up the employees tab with credit card tips is absurb. Many places ask the consumer to pick up the tab for the employees now. Preparing food is an employees job. Waiting tables is another which is supposed to get a tip because its a service. Paying for the food you purchased is not a tippable service!
BLT wrap and a tuna footlong sandwich. Service was good. Wrap was different but good.

Well, well, well. The experience at this subway was Totally Different from the subway on 6138 Green wood Road, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA. I was listened to and treated like a customer, and plus my sandwiches were not thrown in the trash & not replaced. I gave a three star customer service at this location because the manager was kind of itchyfied. But, who knows, this is Shreveport; what should we expect. If restaurant managers educate staff on customer service, they would not lose revenue. The workers do not realize that it's the customers that pay them. Treat everyone the same, because you never know if customers are a secret shopper or not. P.S. I GAVE THIS SUBWAY A 5 STAR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE SUBWAY ON 6138 GREENWOODROAD, SUITE 100, SHREVEPORT, LA WHICH IS A ZERO STAR :-)

Had a mobile order,my girlfriend got her's perfectly correct even with multiple alterations. However mine wasn't even the correct sandwich. Wasn't a Philly,more like some sorta ham. Very soggy though and overloaded with poor quality vegetables. If you like subs I'd say go to Firehouse or Jimmy John's instead ?.

Typically a great location. Food is always good. I do have a concern about the female employee that was working Saturday morning. She had a mask on but also had 5 or 6 togo orders lined across the table including mine and continuously coughed over all the sandwiches and ingredients as she kept refilling the olives, jalapenos etc. I would love for the owner to watch the camera at 915 am. A customer got so grossed out that he legit ran out. I'm sorry but if you are that sick you shouldn't be at work. And on a professional level which she didn't have at least go to a different room away from the food if you are coughing that damn bad. I feel so bad for the nice young man that had to work with her.
