They open at 9:00 a.m.
But I was told they won't be able to serve me till 9:30 they had to do their count of something lol well why can't you come in early your sign says you open at 9:00 so you should be able to serve customers at 9 a.m. not coming back here

Came in for lunch with my wife, staff made us feel welcomed. Food was great. Clean restaurant.

I put my Delivery order in around 9 nobody ever came with my Sandwich I waited a whole hour
First the employee chose the hardest piece of bread possible which I didn't realize of course until I started eating it. I hate having to ask for soft bread doesn't that defeat the purpose and their whole motto? Then I asked for cheddar cheese and got a shredded mix instead of sliced cheddar. Does he not understand what cheddar means? Why wouldn't you ask if that was what I wanted? Also I couldn't see over the silver trays blocking the window so that's why I didn't even know this was happening until I went to eat it. This is of course how it is in Shreveport in general but it's terrible and I hate it. I won't be going back to this location that's for sure. I even tried to research in advance to see what the best Subway is because of issues like this but I failed. Hopefully this serves as a good warning for future sandwich lovers. I do know that the one on North market st near Blanchard is excellent but they were too far away for me đ

The subs tasted great & fresh but that wasn't the problem. And for the price & size of the subs these days, things should be made correctly. Especially when you add extra things to your sub that cost extra. I've worked in the fast food industry & this is unacceptable. I ordered double meat on all meats on my sub. And the problem was as you can clearly see in my pic, is that I got this thin layer of meat on my BMT. Ham, pepperoni, & salami, was on there but since I paid extra for double meat I should've gotten it like I was supposed to. If I order from this location again, I'm gonna have to ask ya'll to do better js..

Service always is meh âŚ.the management talk to their employees any kind of way and itâs not a nice atmosphere I wish I remember the main managerâs name but canât right now was there days ago and didnât like the service and attitudes .

June 29 Saturday morning donât know the young lady name but she was very sweet good customer service she made me a sandwich so good it didnât even make it home i ate a foot long in the parking lot.

Severly overpriced and asking employees to pick up the employees tab with credit card tips is absurb. Many places ask the consumer to pick up the tab for the employees now. Preparing food is an employees job. Waiting tables is another which is supposed to get a tip because its a service. Paying for the food you purchased is not a tippable service!
BLT wrap and a tuna footlong sandwich. Service was good. Wrap was different but good.
