Ordered 2 footlong philly cheese steaks. They were drowned in mayo, which I had to wipe off, and not one slice of cheese (apparently the extra mayo was to cover up the lack of cheese). C'mon guys...is this the best you can do? Yuck! Disgusting!

Placed an order through the Subway app..seemed easy enough. I show up, only to find out my order was cancelled… with zero notification. Mind you, they still went ahead and charged my card.
The staff? Completely unbothered. No apology, no explanation, just a passive “yeah, that happens.” Cool. Glad my time (and money) weren’t a priority.
If you enjoy guessing games, getting charged for food you’ll never see, and dealing with staff who act like you’re the problem for asking question...this is the place for you.

Had a 12” tuna there today. They short scooped the tuna. Instead of 4 scoops the sandwich maker only put 3 on it.

Typical Shreveport subway. Line of guests out the door and 1 person working.

So I love Subway and most of the time the service but my last few visits have been very unpleasant and the employees are super rude especially the one with the spikey hairdo first time snapped over the drive thru second time she snapped over an online order and this time a drink she super rude n act like she hate her job I was so angry I had jumped online to post review under my friend account but my name is Crystal Howard and yes I'm a regular and hope this get resolved expeditiously
This is my favorite subway to go to! Staff is ALWAYS nice, food is ALWAYS fresh, and my order is ALWAYS correct!! A+++

Drive Thru speaker doesn’t work - hasn’t worked for months. They still haven’t fixed it or added a sign that says “pull up to the window”. Waited at the window 15 minutes before someone took my order (they all just looked at me). If you don’t want to work the window, add a sign that says “Please come inside”. Simple as that.

No one ever answered the drive thru so I went inside. The vegetables weren't fresh, I was charged for a more expensive sandwich than what I ordered, and the music was inappropriate for families. The sandwich was ultimately ok though.. tasted like you would expect Subway to taste.
