Terrible service! Placed a mobile order. It wasn't ready when they said which I get and totally understand. The kicker was that our hot sandwiches were all cold and they were not made until we got there- so it was not like they had been sitting out. Not only were they not hot but they were not toasted either. One being a meatball that was not even warm.
I come here a lot, food is always fresh to order. However, morning shift workers compared to night shift is definitely a difference. Morning shift is more acknowledging to customers and night shift just looks at you when you walk in; obviously it depends whose working.

My chicken in my chicken teriyaki foot long was not cooked all the way. Alot of it was still very raw. The oatmeal/raisin cookies was so hard that I was unable to eat anu of them and even my boyfriend had a bit of difficulty eating them.

Store hours aren’t true to time
One guy making sandwiches… one woman sweeping and talking on phone to her “man”. Took an hour for online order. Out of rotisserie chicken, out of bacon; last time was out of pepper… even packets of pepper. Don’t know who owns and runs this location but I’ll try again in a year. Seems I try about once or twice a year and always issues. If you order, good luck.

Placed a catering order for October 14th and all the sandwiches were in bags. No catering boxes. Just bags of 75 sandwiches. I can't believe thats the way this store does business. Gave the young lady my phone number with the order, they could have called me and let me know that they could not properly cater. I was so disappointed when the guy that picked up the order phone me and told me about the BAGS of sandwiches. Never again Subway.

Absolute garbage. Did an online order, they almost immediately called me back and told me they didn’t have the Buffalo chicken for my sandwich so I tried cancelling my order to which they told me I to cancel it on the app. There’s no way to cancel it, so I went to the store where everyone seemed to have an attitude problem. I changed my order, and got my sandwich. They were out of chocolate chip cookies and there was no ice in the coke machine. If I could rate less than one star I would. Horrible experience

This Subway is always out of something rather if it's vegetables sodas chips. It seems like there is never a mgr there. And the bread was stale. Would not recommend!

I hated it, I used to work there and was fired for taking a lunch break they just rinse there dishes did you know that and don't completely wash them!
