DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THE APP HERE. THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER. I WORK DOWN THE STREET AT A HOSPITAL. FOUR TIMES MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED AND DID NOT KNOW UNTIL I LEFT ON MY BREAK TO PICK IT UP. THE EMPLOYEES SAID THEY HAD NO IDEA THAT THEY DIDN'T DO IT. I EAT SUBWAY EVERY DAY FOR LUNCH I WILL NOT USE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN! I ASKED FOR A CORPORATE NUMBER AS THEY ARE LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED I WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE ONE.
The manager needs to be fired ASAP! She is rude and unprofessional. To argue with a customer because they simply ask to have something put on there sandwich, in which I had already paid for is just ridiculous. Some people are just not built for customer service and she is one of them- The white manager with black hair and glasses is who needs to be fired. I was so mad and ready to beat you down that I did not get her name, But if you are reading this just no you don't own SUBWAY you just an employee and you cant put nobody out of nowhere, and with that bad attitude you wont be there long anyways. BYE RUDENESS
First time using the app I ordered my sandwich and I went there and my mail was waiting on me and was done correctly and it was delicious.

Very poor service. Made my order I cancelled 2 minutes within making it, because it was the wrong one, and so I placed my correct order. The poor mannered employee said she wasn’t making two sandwiches and just voided my transaction. AND as of right now has not issued my refund.

Worse service ever in years of going to Subway. One person making sandwiches, running cash register and waiting on drive thru. One person who was exceptionally slow and must be hard of hearing. Had to repeat repeatedly. Took almost 15 minutes to make 2 footings, then was my turn.
But no, someone came into drive thru and they took priority

Kenyon smiled and greeted me as I was walking in And offered to help me! When I asked for a few moments to see about logging into my account he never left the front counter, consistently smiling and being helpful, patient and kind! Whenever you're over this way I suggest stopping by this unit of Subway just to eat a delicious sandwich served with such southern hospitality! 10/10 recommend

I posted a one star review about my experience. If 0 was an option, that’s what it would’ve been. But I have been getting phone calls from this specific subway since my one star review. If you give them a bad review, they will harass you. I called back and asked why they were calling, and all I got was a nasty attitude. So defensive. Let’s me know they were harassing. Don’t fault the customer for your horrible attitude and service. One of them is pregnant and act as if she doesn’t want to be there. I am sorry but I will NOT show my problems when I am working for the public. They all need retraining. And the way this world is they may need diversity training. They are women of color treating other women of color like trash. It’s unacceptable.

Wasn’t very inviting when walking in. Asked about any deals and they were not knowledgeable of what was allowed. I was told there wasn’t a coupon on the app. I was trying to get to work so I didn’t pull it up. Just took her word. Realized later I bought one when I could’ve had 2 for the same price. Calling back to inquire and they were nonchalant and short with me. Won’t visit there ever again.

I placed on order on the app to be picked up at 3:30 but went there an hour and a half early because I wasn’t sure how long it would take me to take care of some things. When I got there I asked if I could just go ahead and get my subs. I wasn’t being rude or demanding all I did was ask. After several minutes of going back-and-forth about calling my card business to get it canceled the manager made my subs. While making the subs she was cussing and getting an attitude for no reason toward me and my wife which I do not appreciate since considering we are on our honey moon trying to enjoy our time. After getting back to the hotel we opened the subs and it was mostly just bread. Couple of pieces here and there but mostly a bread sub. I do not recommended going there because everyone is rude and hateful.
Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ate in with my wife, it was a very clean store no bread crumbs under the toaster (which matters a lot to me, if you see bread crumbs 9 times out of 10 something is going to try to eat them bread crumbs [rats,roaches ext..]) the vegetables where fresh even the lettuce!! The avocado was actually green and not black. Overall it was a very good experience. The staff was nice and greeted me at the door.

I placed my order online because Subway refuses to let you use deals in store. I am picky about my food and I placed it while I was at the store so I could make sure they made it correctly. They refused to let me watch them make it, despite the fact that I have been doing this (at different locations since I just moved back home) for going on 3 years. My sub had almost no spinach on it despite asking for LOTS of spinach, almost no sauce despite asking for LOTS of sauce, was missing the 2X provolone that the Beast automatically comes with and it was a waste of my money. I will be spending my money at a different location from this point on.

This place was usually good service but this one employee apparently can’t see well and made the sandwiches all wrong, I told subway with no response and now I must stop doing business with y’all. I’m disappointed in my costumer experience and I thought better of subway.
