The food was fine, you really can't mess up a sandwich and cookies but the atmosphere was off. No one spoke upon entering, manager was on her phone giving off unapproachable vibes, while only one person was behind the counter (whom seemed frustrated). I opted to have my lunch in the car instead.

Gotta give it to the 2 young men we encountered yesterday were EVERYTHING!! Totally fresh food and good vibes.. Greenwood Road is one of the best in Shreveport.
I love to come here for a quick bite to eat. Sadly it usually takes a long time for my order even though I order online most of the time. They have also taken my money and never given me my food when I did an online order. That has happened 2 times and now I'm reluctant to get food from here. The workers are rude but sadly they usually only have 1 person doing orders.

A very pleasant lunch break. I came in for a 6 inch veggie sandwich and I felt so welcome. We’ve recently had a storm and the city is stressed out but all the employees were so patient and nice. At some point the manager came through and you can tell the healthy relationship with staff. My food was good and the young lady who made my sandwich and checked me out was helpful. I even over heard her making suggestions to other customers as they checked out. Good service is hard to come by and this store exceeded in my opinion.
Vegetarian options: Many veggies and sauce’s available for a yummy sandwich. Got mine toasted.
The cashier had a problem when I suggested to put on fresh gloves due to her touching the cash register with the gloves. Smh..her reply was.. I didn't touch any money and rolled her eyes.
