Food was quite good. We both ordered the meatloaf, and I can honestly say it's the best I've ever had! The wife had whipped potatoes with cream gravy, and they were cold. However, the Mgr. provided a discount as a way of compensation. The service was excellent. the waiter just forgot to offer drink refills. We will definitely be back.

Spectacular first visit to Superior's. Nisha at the bar was very competent and well prepared with the information I needed. A good martini was had and a nice glass of wine went with my 14oz dry aged NY Strip. Perfectly prepared Pittsburgh style, medium-rare. What a treat! Fantastic meal, wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. I recommend and will return.

Superiors Steakhouse has great delicious food professionally prepared and served. Customer satisfaction focus each time this establishment is visited. Highly recommend.Parking: Valet parking keeps it simple.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible to most areas of the restaurant, getting to the restroom is a slight challenge. There is no accessible path thru the /from the restaurant side. Use the bar side entry to the restroom foyer is easier, but not without some necessary maneuvering. Just be aware.

Went to Superior to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. Food was good but 2 plates came bk unprepared. Great server, Emma, was helpful. The manager came over seeing the issue & started on how the kitchen rushed too fast & didn’t get it rt. He tried to help but really wasn’t going out of his way to make an above board experience. If I wanted par service I would have went to a par restaurant. Managers need to lead by example but this guy just doesn’t understand that premier restaurants give Superior service. Just a thought.Wheelchair accessibility: My father is handicap but he had a hard time getting to the table because the tables & chairs are packed in to get more people n2 the restaurant. Not a good practice.

We had a group of 7 for a birthday lunch. We were given a private room. Service was great thanks to Emma! Everyone was happy with their food. My pork chop was huge & moist, sweet whipped potatoes were delish, & the cornbread & blackeyed peas really good. My strawberry daiquiris wasn’t worth the $11 it cost. They brought the birthday lady a sparkler & cotton candy. That was fun!

I was recently working with family in Bossier and my son in law wanted to take me out to a very nice steak house. He decided that we would go to Superior’s. I found out that this was an excellent choice. Service was great, the food was great and the décor was great. He had a filet and I had the grilled shrimp. Both were exceptional.Superior’s is an excellent choice for any special evening out. This is a place for special evenings.

Honestly we were disappointed. This was our belated VDay dinner so we were really looking forward to top notch dining but this wasn't it. The salads (Caesar and House) were mediocre and bland. You would think for $10 and $12 they would be better than the average salad but they weren't near as good as some I've paid half as much for. My husband enjoyed his filet but his corn brûlée was watery and so sugary sweet it was hard to enjoy. I ordered my salmon well done but it came out rare. I sent it back to be cooked some more and asked again for well done. It came back medium. So I only ate the cooked edges which was less than half of it. It was also flavorless. I received 2 pieces of chopped Brussels sprouts and 2 green beans, and the whipped sweet potatoes were also sickening sweet and I could not eat more than a few bites. We would normally have ordered dessert but because the corn and sweet potatoes were so sweet we didn't even bother trying dessert. The server was nice but everything took a long time and he seemed bothered that I sent my salmon back. The atmosphere was nice, but other than the bread and filet, nothing was delicious. We felt it was very over priced and mediocre overall.

The last 2 times my wife and I visited, we have been told they are out of char-grilled oysters. We were instead offered oysters Rockefeller. I asked the server how were they prepared and she said that they grill them. So then I asked how can they have oysters for those and not chargrilled if they are both grilled??? The server then told me that I had a point and she would find out. She came back and said that they were out and could only do oysters Rockefeller. I ended up ordering filet mignon and it was over seasoned. My wife visited with friends last month and they told her the exact same thing, that that they were out, but offered the oysters Rockefeller. When she asked if they were both grilled, they came back and said they would do the char-grilled. Not sure what the issue is, but maybe they should take them off the menu since no one wants to prepare them.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. All aspects of the experience were exceptional, with one exception, which was the steak. What we loved: service was top-notch, raw oysters were some of the best we've had in a long time, charcuterie board was fabulous. Drinks were all amazing. What could have been better: My wife and I shared the 14 oz ribeye (medium, warm red center). The cut was pretty tough for a ribeye, not a lot of the typical fat or marbeling you get with the ribeye, and the steak ended up being over-cooked. Seasoning was good, just salt and pepper.
