Fresh sushi, the flavor profiles are really good, you can tell they care about quality just by looking at your dish. Master peices! Definitely a place to feed your craving!

I went to that place today and ordered 3 orders of sushi and it took them over half an hour to give me my order. The old woman at the register started serving everyone before me and was very very rude the whole time. In the end, when I asked for dressing for my sushi, she just told me that she didn't have any because that type of sushi doesn't come with dressing. She refused to offer me any dressing until I asked for another one and she did it reluctantly and was rude again. The food is very good and the dressing went perfectly with my food, but the service is terrible. I would not go to this place again.

They are run by nice mom and papa japanese people with their son on the sushi bar. Service is slow sometimes because only the owner waits tables. Husband cooks. It is a peaceful and nice atmosphere.

My husband and I had a great meal here! We arrived about 30 minutes before close and asked if It was too late for dine in, and they seated us without hesitation. We ordered Gyoza, the Love Boat for Two, and a Snow White roll. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented! It’s hands down the best sushi we’ve had in a long time, and an extremely reasonable price for the high quality! The restaurant was clean and our food arrived to the table promptly. The service was great and everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be back!

Service was horrible. The salmon was overcooked and the lady server kicked us saying they closed at 3 pm and she needed to go to Kroger when signs clearly said they closed at 9 pm. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning!!

Pretty unprofessional. Should have one person answering phones and one person running the front. I was asked "what order are you again?" from 4 different people. Also we waited 40 minutes for a very small portion of fried rice and two small sushi rolls (portions seem small).

This is the second visit where I was less than satisfied. The owner or lady that is there daily was less than friendly twice. I tried a dish that I did not like at all. The owner/lady refused to let me exchange it or take it off my ticket. I wanted something of less value. She did not have the decency to tell me her self. She had the waitress come tell me and her response dead she’s worried that if she does it for me she will have to do it for everyone. I’m not everyone and that has NOTHING to do with me. Need less to say, I won’t be patronizing with Sushi Bistro anymore.
