SUSHIKIN GRILL & SAKE BAR

Even though the food was great the way the guy behind the sushi bar treated my waitress was revolving and very rude. My waitress whom was great then got distressed afterwards and it turned my appetite around. I have been in the restaurant multiple times and have heard the rudeness and disrespect from the chef and that was my final straw. The entire atmosphere was so negative and disgusting. Never will return to the restaurant and i will NEVER recommend it.

I ordered sushi from this restaurant and mistakenly selected an item I’m allergic to. I called immediately after realizing the mistake at 9:05 p.m., just five minutes after their kitchen closed. Despite my explanation and the fact that I couldn’t eat the food, they refused to let me order something else. I understand they have a cutoff time, but given the situation, some flexibility would have been appreciated. Very disappointing customer service.

Sorry, love coming to this place but whatever cook you got today just lost a customer for awhile. Ordered two orders of sashimi and an monkey brain appetizer. One order came out nigiri and sitting here with still no appetizer. We at 62 min from order and no update from cook except it's coming out here like it has been for the past hour.
Edit: we got it at the 64 min mark! I didn't break first.

Revisited Sushikin after the new menu change. The Chef took the time to come to our table and he explained the new menu. The Chef also remembered us and what we order each time we have visited. The owner also came to our table and thanked us for returning. The waitress Kerah is an awesome waitress, she is always very courteous and knowledgeable of the menu. All of the Chefs (Satto, Alex, & Terry) are
always very courteous and does an awesome job preparing our Sushi correctly!!! We always spend $100.00 plus at every visit, and it is always well WORTH IT!!! WE LOVE ❤️❤️SUSHIKIN?????

The atmosphere here is very uncomfortable. My family and friends chose to meet here, but the service was so bland, and the mess ups…. Well we lost count! We didn’t get our food, food came and we had to wait 5+ mins to get a fork or chop sticks, we had to ask the front counter for extra plates, forks, and then our sake and other drinks never came, the waiter came to apologize because the bartender was on break, and by the time she came back, we were not able to enjoy the drinks and food together, most of the food never came out, so sone of us was able to eat and we just had to keep sharing food because we were all hungry! The waitress kept being so nonchalant and inattentive the thought of leaving a tip grieved me! The food was good, but not worth the treatment or Neglect!! It was so uncomfortable, as if it was intentional and “WE” wasn’t welcome! After looking around the room, maybe we wasn’t

This is a fabulous place to eat! The staff is amazing and the food is fantastic! We sit at the bar all the time, Amanda and Kaitlyn take great care of us! And the owners and chefs are one of kind!

We went to this place at 8:50 PM on Monday, August 19 to place a to-go order with my husband. Our food was given to us around 9:15 PM. Since we had a lot on our minds, such as moving, we didn't think about checking our food because we were very hungry and tired. When we got home and started eating, we opened one of the sushi rolls. My husband grabbed one and we both started eating from it until he saw something weird- there was a WORM IN OUR FOOD!! We were so disgusted that we threw out the food, except for the one specific plate, so we could bring it back to the store the next day to get our money back. Unfortunately, we had a busy day, so we went around 4:30 PM on Tuesday, August 20 to the restaurant to ask for a refund due to the really disgusting experience we had. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS RESTAURANT AND CHECK YOUR FOOD!!

Whoever says the service or food wasn’t good might need to look inward. The staff was lovely, held a conversation very well, and was just overall a pleasure. The food took a while but it takes time to make good food. Y’all did amazing today, much love.
