Ordered 2 steak garlic nacho fries with extra stuff added on which costed about 20 dollars, and on only one of the items had extra stuff and actual nacho fries. Tried to go up to get a refund only to be told I needed to bring the food up there as well which I was not told over the phone. Night manager also gave a sassy attitude about talking to the day shift manager instead and how she" knows she made them right"

Went to this Taco bell a few days ago and I pulled up to the window. When I got there, I handed her my card and she asked me to back up behind the pole. I told her no. So I immediately called my bank and had my card canceled. Wanted to make sure she didn't grab the information off of it. Thought it was really odd to be asked to back up away from the window. Will not be going back to this one.

Drive times s are fake. They have you back up as soon as you get to the window every time to cheat their timers to make it look like they’re giving speedy service. It’s a lie they’re cheating the system

Super horrible experience I had on my lunch break. FOOD WAS COLD..And all I ordered was a Nacho Bell Grande with extra beef cheese jelepano and diced tomatoes only. MY FOOD WAS HORRIBLE LIKE SLOP WITH ONLY BEEF AND CHEESE. DIDN'T GET THE TOMATOES OR JALEPENO...And they did not answer the phone so I could call to get my order replaced. I paid 10 for a slop nacho..I'm pissed

You know I've had one it's bad experience at this Taco Bell but they've stepped it up and you know it's I've had pleasant experiences from out of here this is a really great store on the inside the restrooms are clean and the employees are very professional so this time I'm not putting anything bad I have to say I'm putting something good about they've stepped it up man thanks Taco Bell
