Maybe it was that she was trying to rush me at the speaker not realizing she giving me the wrong information. Then I gone on to explain to her I'm just going by what you just said. I get to the window receive my drinks waited about a minute to receive my food. I proceed to ask for my receipt so I can add my rewards points. She tells me the machine is down. So I ask can you print it from the front printer. He stuck on the printer is down. I ended up getting a receipt but it wasn't the receipt that I needed to be able to put in the app to receive my points.

Ordered a 5-layer burrito added rice and lettuce and these fools gave me a rice, bean and cheese burrito with NO MEAT!!! This is why I don’t go to taco bell. It’s not even worth me taking it back wasting my time and energy. Itll be 10 more years before I ever go back again. Pathetic!

Perhaps I shouldn't even be here as I have never had a Baja Blast in my life. I'm just not a weird colored drink person. I'm pretty sure I've had almost everything else on the menu tho so I'll give it my best shot..
It's Taco Bell. It's better than McDonald's and cheaper than Wendy's. I'm honestly not wild about their burritos anymore, I used to love them but it seems they changed the ingredients several years ago and they're way too beany now. The crunchy tacos and those little cinnamon things are the best thing to get at Taco Bell imho. The taco salad and gorditas are pretty good too. Taco Bell soda always tastes a bit off to me, like it's too watery or halfway flat or something. It's not just at this location either, all Taco Bell soda leaves something to be desired.
I've never been inside this location as I'm a drive thru person. The outside of the store always looks really clean and well cared for. The drive thru area is also nice.
I don't eat here often, just when the mood strikes, but every time I've been here the drive thru people have been great. They seem very efficient and they're always friendly. They've only made one mistake the whole time I've been going there and it was only that they accidentally gave me an extra iced tea and when I told them I only ordered one they let me keep the extra one for free so I have a hard time even calling that a mistake. They never forget to give me straws, sauce, or napkins. The line moves fast. The food is always still hot when I get home (I live about 5 mins from there.)
I wouldn't trust them with my life but I would definitely let them pet my dog. Not that they would ever do that while they're working, these people are professionals.
Vegetarian options: I had no idea vegetarian options were available.
Dietary restrictions: Idk, I don't have any dietary restrictions.
Parking: The parking lot is usually mostly empty when I've been there, it appears most people use the drive thru.
Kid-friendliness: Idk if it's kid friendly, I've never taken a kid here.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a place for wheelchair users to access the store from the parking lot but I don't know if the doors are easy to open for wheelchair users because I've never actually gone inside this location.
Came here tonight at 1:20am on Thursday the 6th and a female was standing in the middle of the floor, watched me and another vehicle pull up to the window..no one even acknowledged us, no one came to the speaker. I drove off after sitting behind the other vehicle for 5 minutes...horrible experience and customer service!!! I wish I could give zero stars

Actual ridiculous how incompetent this location is. I work food service so I say this with grace, this district manger of this location needs to start firing some people. Missing MULTIPLE items and the quality of what did arrive tasted HOURS old. Please who ever owns this location reevaluate you’re staff before their laziness and lack of effort gives someone a allergic reaction or food poisoning
To much lettuce in the taco's, it seems that people that work there,are under paid and over worked,and are not happy, I would like for the employees to be paid at least $18 or more or go work for amazon,they are always hiring..
