Went to go on a food run for multiple people at work and the server there refused to accept the order and stated it is uncivilized to place a $70+ order for multiple people and called people gluttons. Didn't even make the order right and straight up refused to provide any further service. A coworker of mine went to the same one and was ordered to leave the establishment for placing a similar order for other people.

I was using the kiosk to place my order and I was just about finished and one of the male employees yelled at me from the kitchen and said “ hole up don’t even order nun we too backed up “ of course I understand that they are busy but for him to yell at a customer and deny service just because he can’t handle the pressure is rediculous.. get a grip Taco Bell this is horrible

The serve was bad the young man throw my bag out the window. Got home my taco was all in the bag half wrap.i will not go back there .he was rushing like he had something better to do.good help is hard to find.

I have been going to this taco bell for 20 years and it is without a doubt, the ABSOLUTE WORST taco bell I have ever experienced. I have been to countless taco bells across America and this one, in my hometown, is the absolute worst. Apathetic service, orders are never right, and as someone who has worked multiple food service jobs for longer than these people have been alive, this is absolutely pathetic. The entire staff, including managers, should be fired and never earn a dollar in service again. Absolutely the most pathetic excuse for a fast food restaurant ever pathetically passed as a business, much less a legitimate one. I wouldn't eat the food served here even if I had to choose between this and starving. The worst taco bell ever.

Went there at night time...The customer service was terrible they messed the order up I end up spending about $60 for food... I immediately moved up because the employee was worried about the time at the window. Then the guy said they was short staff the manager was the cook and didn't want to correct my order and the employee went into defense mode and played the race card. It was just a sad experience I will not get my God kids any Taco Bell

They are so short staffed, or just don't want to work. Even if you place a mobile order, for 1 item, you wait about 20 minutes. They are usually drive thru only.

My mobile order is never ready... I've been there 3 times this week, as it is near my work, EVERY time I go the workers are outside sitting in a white car.. This time, 2 guys and a female with braids were outside in the white car smoking Marijuana... I know this because I had to go tell them that I had an online order to pick up as there was nobody inside... I should have taken a photo.. The service, or lack thereof is actually the least bit worrying considered every time I go they are in a car outside smoking..I feel so bad for the owner of this establishment.. From the looks of it they need to fire everyone that works there and start fresh, I doubt the managers even care, seeing most of the reviews are negatove and nothing is ever done about it.
