My grandson and I were at the drive through window placing an order. We were told we couldn’t place the order and we would have to order online. Is there somewhere that lets us know what has to be ordered online and what can be ordered at the window? We drove to another Taco Bell. We were told that we could place the order but it would be messy to add the item. So, I’m wondering if adding the item online would make it less messy. 🧐

I ordered off Taco Bell app. All of my food was cold and I was missing my drinks. When I called to request a refund I was told to calm down and that they were closed call DoorDash. I called DoorDash and they advised no that I should’ve received my refund from my merchant. I wasted $40 DON’T BE LIKE ME , DON’T COME TO TACO BELL the food isn’t even good to begin with .

We spent 67 dollars here got shorted food and paid 3dollars for 6 packs of sauce. We ordered 24 soft taco supreme and they gave us 6 packets of sauce. Very upsetting spending that much money to get shorted and not enough sauce but for 6 tacos.

Friendly staff we all know Taco Bell is a commercial type of fast food joint. But the menu items are pretty good and I like the fact that they don't force you to use the computer screen to make your order they still keep your traditional you have the option to use the machine or a person can take your order. And other states you literally talk to no one you can't find what you want on this stupid computer screen and eventually you give up lots of people walk in notice that nobody's going to physically talk to them the staff ignores you and you leave.
What a disgrace I just called and told them I couldn't get through the phone to get my food remade on yesterday cause my order was wrong , I advised the young lady that I already made it home checked my food and I threw it away due to I didn't kn9w what that red stuff was and hardly nothing on that etc. she tells me that I was suppose too keep the food and bring it back with the receipt, i have the receipt but not the food! Then she asks her GM and then proceeds to tell me I need to get the food!! Who in the world about to dig into the trash can to get some food to bring back when they go throw it away too! Smdh will never come back here every again!!!! ? This is Pines Road Location!
