Go in the drive thru to be told they are only accepting cash because their internet is down then proceed to order threw the app and pull threw the drive thru with no problems make it make sense this tacobell is the same one that I went to one time to have them tell me “sorry we out food” most unprofessional place I have ever been this place needs to fire everyone and start over because the workers they have don’t want to work

Service was terrible,ordered and paid for large drink and was given a medium because they were out of large cups but i didnt get a refund then went to take a bite of a hard taco and it tasted like battery acid ,DO NOT EAT HERE

Just got order 3 of the items were incorrect. All of the items we ordered were cold and soggy. We only live 5 minutes from location should not get soggy that fast. Taco Bell used to be awesome. All of their items are just short of being dog food. Go back to what made your franchise a success. You could even charge more. If you need some direction take a lesson from Taco Casa in Texas. Very similar to you original product. I will definitely not go back.

We've been going here for years. Not regularly, but maybe before a movie or whatever we may be doing on that side of town.

Every visit wasn't always top notch - what place is ?? But, they've mostly been good visits or we would not keep going back.

Gotta watch the taco supremes, supreme,. They get chincy on the tomatoes sometimes. And maybe the sour cream gets on the outside of the shell.

But, overall the food is as expected and hits the spot.

The store is kept clean - as is the parking lot. Now, I go during the day so I dunno what busy nights might be like 😁

I'll take pictures next time if I remember !

Made a online order went through drive thru to get it claimed wasn't the right place we ordered from this was the last time I m dealing with this taco bell glad stonewall has a taco bell closer to home

Worse experience ever i could not believe what we received the night manager tried to make it right but after seeing what we saw you don't trust now one you can't see preparing you food it was literally thrown in the bag some of it didn't even have a wrapper 45 dollars worth of food wasted no refund i could understand if there was some provocation but this was just poor customer service maybe the guy was having a bad day but you don't take out on customers
