It took almost 10 minutes to take our order and 22 minutes to get our food. The food was sloppy and cool. This store used to be awesome but going down fast.

Ordered on the kiosk (because a sign was on both registers to do so) it was for dine in.She started putting my order in a bag and I stopped her and said it was for here. She pointed to all of the trays in the shelf, under the food prep station and said I have to wash all of them! (Why are they all down there if they are dirty nasty that’s beyond gross) I hope that the inspector doesn’t come over here today!After I got my order this same lady took two of those trays and put an order on them for the two men that ordered behind me. That’s beyond disgusting!

I visited this location at 105 E Bert Kouns on Saturday, March 2nd. While in the drive thru, the young lady that received my card for payment was on her phone and also closed the window while processing the order. She did not return until she gave both the food and card back. 2 days later, my debit card was used to place not one or two, but 7 DoorDash orders in Shreveport, I live 30 miles South of Shreveport and never use the service. I also never physically allowed my card to be used anywhere else. With my bank’s fraud department on the line, I drove back to the store. The shift manager was very helpful in trying to reach out to their GM…..who lied about where she was and what she was doing at the time. I explained that I was calling SPD to file the report. After they arrived, the GM (who was “out of town” arrived to yell that this isn’t how you conduct business, and that she allows ALL of her employees to be on their phones because they could be on social media or talking to their “little boos”) She was supposed to be reviewing camera footage from that day at the 11:00a to 3:00p time frame when she locks the doors (because her employee felt “accused”) and then came right out behind the offices without doing anything. When I mentioned that my card had been used initially, the employees got into a small huddle and a few actually clocked out and left. There wasn’t any form of dispute, disagreement, or apology, the GM told the shift manager that she would “send the cashier to jail when she reviewed the video”. Nothing was done and I’ll be contacting corporate in hopes of retrieving the footage to resolve this matter. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD AT THIS STORE. DO NOT USE YOUR CARD AT THIS STORE. I've always enjoyed the food, and prices are lower than most other fast-food restaurants.However, getting the right order when getting it from the drive-thru window is always a gamble. They might get it right, they might not. It's 50/50.
Service was incredibly horrible. I got my food for my family and I and the burrito was just full of sour-cream with 2 tortillas. I went up to the front and asked for it to be re-made and they completely ignored my needs and were incredibly rude. They threw the burrito and had the worst attitudes ever (including the manager).Needs better customer service ASAP.

The food was given to me cold and they asked me to give more information about my order because they couldn't get it in and something else took a long time waiting for my order and even though I ordered it online, the food that I barely ordered was not comfortable and it had no ingredients. I recommend the chicken quedasilla because they don't even put chicken in it, I mean literally. What I do recommend is the taco pizza, that's fine. I'm a regular customer and only during the day and in the evening and I've had problems with the Tacobell people and the night people are more helpful.
Placed an order online 10 minutes prior to arriving. No one answered the speaker for over 15 minutes. Pulled to the window and blew my horn just to see all the staff standing on their phones laughing and talking. Attempted to call the store and they disconnected the line. Not worth wasting your time.
