Ok so I just order a cheesy double beef burrito no sour cream nothing special I paid got the burrito it has sour cream on there tried to get it remade with no sour cream but they refused because the cashier said she didn't hear me say no sour cream so I'm out three bucks I threw it in the trash and left

So I went into this taco bell expecting decent service. I hear this person disrespecting one of the workers there. I found out it was a manager named Monica. She was belittling the worker, calling her out of her name, really talking down to her. I believe I saw her throw something at her as well. These kids and young people usually have their 1st work experience at fast food places and the experience they gain can last a lifetime. This was so disheartening to see, espcially from someone old enough to know better. I hope her supervisor sees this and/or is notified about her behavior. Monica should not be working with people, definatly in a mangerial positon.

Having been visiting here for several years, today's visit wasn't good. I've never had issues with the food, but be careful spending cash. Apparently some of the employees can not count. After consulting with her manager, they both agreed THEY were correct & me, the CUSTOMER WAS WRONG!!! Guess I understand now why it might be better using a card since the younger crowd don't know how to count cash & make proper change..very arrogant attitude from that crew.. !!

Everytime I come to this location 90% of the time my order is wrong. Last week the flour tortillas were only like 40cents a piece and today it was $2.18 for two!! I've never seen prices rise that fast

Where to begin. First I paid for my food and the horrible cashier stole my card, then decided to steal money from me. I went in and demanded my card and a refund on the other charges made to my card and while this woman was telling me she didn’t have my card I see it in her hand. I then demand again for my card and my money and this woman and the manager to my face told me that I would not be receiving a refund. I called the cops to get my money and they told me, my child, my wife, and myself were banned for life. Horrible experience
