This is my local Taco Bell and the service I have received has been horrible. I called them because they had forgotten items in my order which I didn’t mind, and the woman who answered my call accused me for lying about my missing items. I didn’t even bother coming back to pick up my items to avoid any further conflict. All I want is the food that I paid for.

My visit to Taco Bell on March 15th, around 4:00 PM, was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by the manager on duty.Upon arrival, I witnessed the manager openly discussing sensitive matters about other employees in front of customers, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite this, I proceeded to place my order, requesting a side of shredded lettuce and a side of jalapeños.After patiently waiting for several minutes without any indication of my order being prepared, I politely inquired about the status of my order to the front desk employee. However, instead of receiving a courteous response, the manager rudely interrupted from the line, making snide remarks about not having even made my order yet.Feeling embarrassed and disrespected, I returned to my seat without receiving my order. As the wait continued, I decided to request a refund. When the manager finally came up to process the refund, her behavior was even more appalling. She hollered across the restaurant, making a scene, and displaying a complete lack of professionalism.Her demeanor was nothing short of rude and nasty, and it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for her. The entire experience left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment from a manager in any establishment. The behavior exhibited by the manager at Taco Bell was unacceptable and completely tarnished my impression of the restaurant. I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences in the future.

went through the drive thru and ordered 3 soft tacos with meat, lettuce, and sour cream ONLY. the lady working the drive thru put it on the screen correctly so then we went to the window to get our food. first she tried to give me the wrong drink then when i corrected her she tried to argue and say that was the correct drink. she then looked at the order and gave me the correct drink. after i got my food i went and parked in parking lot to eat and realized i was given 3 soft tacos with nothing but meat. so i went inside and told who i assume was the manager and told her my order was wrong and what i had originally ordered. after giving her the receipt she asks me again what my order was so i tell her, she then laughs at me and walks to the back. after waiting 20 minutes they gave me my order so i go back to my car and the order was STILL wrong!! i was given 3 soft tacos with meat, cheese, and sour cream. how hard is it to get a order correct? these people need to do better. do go to this taco bell!!!

Took too long for someone to take my cash payment after placing order on kiosk; took way to long to get my order; food was cold and tasted terrible. Don't go to this location if you want decent food and good service.
