They forgot stuff in my order. I asked the guy who brought it out after I had to pull up and I got home and all be dang if they didn't forget my autistic sons plain cheese wrap so I ended up having to cook anyway to make him something before we could eat ours. So always check just to be sure

All of the workers were are all so polite and very attentive! The manager, Karen, made sure we were taken care of. She did an over the top job, along with the rest of the staff, Marcella & another girl, even though they clearly short staffed and low on supplies!

Y'all slow or something? HOW DO YOU FORGET MY BEEF ON MY NACHOS? And then don't even supply all the sauce I asked for! I can't even bring my food back for it to be fixed because it was done through DoorDash. GET IT TOGETHER.

So this is the first bad review I've done in over a decade and yes I'm writing this after leaving because I am on an ambulance, working. Let's start with the fact that we had to walk to the drive through window because our truck isn't going to fit in the drive through. It's a box ambulance. Then after trying to put in the order for grab and go, couldn't even do that, so drive through it is. Where do I even start? The dragon fruit berry refresca had almost no fruit or anything in it. It's supposed to be made with green tea, and it wasn't. It's straight water. Then, after specifying that I wanted hot sauce, I got mild, and not even enough to put on everything. Now let's start on the food. The tacos are cold. The bean and cheese burrito had the the chicken and sauce for the flatbread, instead of beans cheese and rice. Which probably explains when the chicken flat bread that I ordered had so little in it. Virtually nothing between the bread. It got dumped into the burrito which had nothing of a burrito in it. I haven't even gotten to the stacker yet. Is it going to be screwed as well? Let's find out. Oh yeah. Cant even eat it because it tastes like someone vomited in it. This is the single worst taco bell experience I've ever had. Everything is wrong. Glen Bell would probably roll in his grave if he heard this.

Store is clean and looks great outside. Beefy bean burrito was very good and hot. Tacos were great. Mexican Pizza was just okay. Not as I remembered from a long time ago. Overall very favorable experience
