There is an angel that works at this location! My son is in the ICU at LSU. I was escorted out by a security guard a little after 1am. I asked him if there was somewhere still open where I could use the restroom and get something to eat. He said Taco Bell is open til 1 or 2am so I went there and pulled into the parking spot near the main door. Sadly the lobby was closed. I started looking online for another place and a lady came outside who worked there. I asked if the restrooms were still open. She said no and that their computers were also down. I told her my son is in the ICU and I just needed to use the restroom. So she let me come inside. I thanked her again for letting me inside as I walked back to my car. She told me about an inexpensive hotel where I could stay and then she asked me what I was going to order. I told her some kind of burrito is what I usually get. She left and came back with not only one chicken rice burrito but two! And a large drink!Whoever you are, thank you again so much! ?❤I know God will bless you and your family for these generous and thoughtful acts of kindness! Your caring spirit and words of encouragement truly gave me hope for my son and this situation.If you are her manager, you should definitely recognize her in some way for this very special act of kindness!

Very friendly people working there and the food was awesome!
When I pulled up all the employees were in the parking lot BIG CHILLIN! I thought they were closed bc nobody was working. I ordered 6 crunchy taco supreme light lettuce and 2 orders of the Cinnabon delights. Pull up get my food. Pulled around the building and reached in my bag and found 2 bags of cinnamon twists. Rechecked my receipt and went back thru the drive thru. Told them what happened and proceeded to the next window. Nobody is at the window bc the went back outside and the ones who didn't they weren't even concerned about me at the window. They finally gave me the 2 missing items but when I got home all my tacos were wrong. None of them were supreme just meat and cheese some had lettuce others didn't but none had sour cream

One of the better taco bells in the Shreveport/Bossier area hands down. ?
This location in particular stands out. I stop there most times when I have to go to Shreveport. Typical dialog ith my wife would include: "Let's stop at that good Taco Bell while we're in town..." And there we go. The service is ridiculously fast and the accuracy and quality is top-notch. If you're a fan of Taco Bell...I-49 and King's Highway, one block east, north side of the road and you're set!Parking: Ample parking in a spacious, clean lot. It's easy to get around as far as design goes. They didn't try to cram too many spaces into the lot and the risk of "parking lot fender benders" is low. All in all, it's just a nice place.
I like their food eat here once or twice a week I don't know why they can't get orders right out of the last 10 orders they only got 1 right I get the same thing every time and every time it's made different the outside is the only consistent thing on it .
