No service at the drive thru window, no explanation, I think it could have been handled differently. The 2 workers I seen kept looking at me but continued to wait on customers at the counter but didn’t even have enough common courtesy to say I’m sorry we are short handed and will be with you momentarily. I would have understood, but to be completely ignored was very wrong. NO EXCUSE FOR BEING IGNORED! Just RUDE!

I had the chicken enchiladas and they were very tasty.

The young man in drive thur was wonderful he have a beautiful personality i would go back there again oh did i say that was my first time there thank you

They are really good when they have what I want in stock. They tend to run out of stuff often though. That's why they only got 4 stars. Otherwise the staff is friendly and I've gotten nothing but great service here. Will call ahead to see if they have chicken next time though.

Pitiful!!! Food was super cold, i paid an upcharge for steak and it turns out to be roast beef?. This was my first and last time going. The queso would be the only thing i would buy. ***Not Worth It At All❗❗❗ ****Google allow us to put zero's.

A different and better option to the Bell. The location is in an odd place & they definitely need to bring one to Bossier

A fantastic option to offset the T.Bell. More authentic, with better ingredients. I love the burritos and salsas. Awesome taco salads. Try them instead of the Bell.

I went through the drive thru of the Shreveport location on Burt Kouns. I ordered (ONE) Big Freakin Quesadilla (CHICKEN) and (TWO) Nacho salads WITH SOUR CREAM and GUACAMOLE. The person repeated the order TWICE and STILL managed to get my order wrong!!! Not only did I get a BEEF quesadilla, but I didn't get sour cream and guacamole on either one of the nacho salads!! Then to to make this visit even more memorable they are out of drink holders and when she hands me the first drink I go to put it in my drink holder and the lid comes off and it spills on me and all over my car. She takes it back to get me a new one and hands it back half full.

This location service was terrible. Very slow service. To boot that I ordered the 3 for 5 tacos. Three with cheese & three without. Good thing I checked my order before I left the parking lot. Food was cold & ALL three had CHEESE (have a family member who is allergic to cheese). Promptly went inside & got my money back. So disappointed??. Perhaps management will give better training to the employees.

I'm just stating up front I've given them A couple of chances and they are consistently bad. Most recent trip I ordered a Nacho combo and did not modify it, just ordered as is. Was automatically charged for the large drink upgrade I did not ask for and I said nothing. Order was $9.04 and I handed the cashier $20.05 then he hands me back $10.96. If it is not obvious I handed him the nickel so I would not get back $0.96 in change I say as much he hands me the change anyway shuts the window and walks into the food prep area where I cannot see him and then someone else comes to the window. Food finally came out looking like it had been eaten then thrown up and re-served and literally had about 6 tiny flecks of ground beef on it total. Given the food is likely tainted I just threw it out. It's A wonder to me this place is still open for business , I recommend you go elsewhere.Matt

The cashier was amazing because he knew my food allergies he personally fix my order to make sure I was safe and satisfied and the service was sweet and fast I'm in love with the customer service and the food was great!!!!
