We've been in town on a temporary stay for about 2 months. Every Thursday is our TCBY soft serve day. I always get the sugar free flavor with a topping which is very tasty. It makes our day!

They say first impressions last a lifetime, but sometimes, it’s the warmth that surprises you most. I remember walking into that little TCBY,. The owner greeted me not as a customer, but as a neighbor—listening intently, responding with care. Suddenly, service felt less like a transaction and more like a conversation. And as I left, I realized that genuine connection creates loyalty.

SAVE THE TRIP!! Ridiculously expensive for the smallest cup I’ve ever seen, smaller than my hand. SEVEN BUCKS for a small! And get this, topics it’s only ONE topping allowed and only ONE spoon of that topping. If you ask for another topping it’s EXTRA for over a dollar. None of this info was on the menu.

Good serice. I got a chocolate mint shake. I couldn't finish it, it tasted watered down. Literally water.

TCBY is my favorite places to get frozen yogurt, definitely worth the hour and half drive 😁

Cookie cake for my sister's baby shower turned out perfect! The design was so cute. Exactly what I asked for! Everyone loved it! Not one piece was left. Definitely recommend!

Marble slab and basically any other ice cream/milkshake place has better ice cream and better milkshakes, TCBY is a lot more expensive, but when I go get a milkshake I bring my miniature schnauzer and get him a "pup cup" however at TCBY they charge $3 for a pup cup, which is ridiculous as it's only a small amount of whip cream in a cup, the fact that TCBY is expensive to begin with and it's sub par to begin with and then they wish to charge $3 for a pup cup is utterly ridiculous, and it's $3 for whip cream in any regards not just for a pup cup, but if I want to add whipped cream to a milkshake it is $3, that will be the last time I goto TCBY over an actual ice cream place just to pay more and for them as a company to be that greedy, it's just ridiculous, as I just paid $12 for a chocolate milkshake and a tiny little pup cup for my buddy Earl, I highly recommend going to marble slab or somewhere else so you can actually get more tasty ice cream in general and to save $ especially if you have a dog that you wish to get a pup cup for. 🐶

I bought a brownie and the new cookie today. The brownie was burnt and completely hard on the bottom. The cookie also got stuck to the bag and we could t get the residue off.

Very expensive for the quality and amount of frozen yogurt. The cookies are expensive too for the taste itself. I don't get the hype on this one. I don't mind spending money on something that is really good, but this one is very disappointing. Not to mention the unfriendliness of the staff. If you want cold treat, just go to marble slab, Andy's, counter culture, or Baskin Robin's. Save your money on this one. Not worth it.

Went at 7:50pm 8/9/24. The customer service at this location gets worse by the minute. Messed up our order and then get eye rolls and additional charge to get it correct. Will not be coming back. Use to be a family favorite!

Not sure what the hype is on TCBY here.
I haven’t seen a single person in their drive through in years. Figured I’d give it a shot, felt spontaneous. Ordered the vanilla froyo, and was pretty disappointed with the flavor AND the lack of actual product in my cup. This will be my first and last time coming to TCBY. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier too.

I recently visited TCYB, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. As an ice cream enthusiast, I was delighted by the wide variety of flavors available, ranging from classic vanilla to more adventurous options.

This experience was horrible. When I walked in I could feel rudeness in the atmosphere. The caramel was salty and the staff was not paying attention to anything. Never coming again.
