I’ve been getting Tim’s for years. Absolutely the best sno cones ever. Very fine ice. Great flavored syrup. He’s pretty OCD. He is methodical, it takes time for him to do. It is hard for him to hear over the ice machine. But very much worth the wait.

Very unique experience but honestly the best sno-cone in town. For a while you could purchase VHS tapes here, but they were priced based on how much he enjoyed the movie. I once bought a used watermelon-shaped hot pad for $0.25 along with my sno-cone. I can say he makes the best sno-cone in town (one flavor only...don't go crazy) but it takes a while. If you ask me the whole thing sort of adds to the charm. But if you've only got 4 minutes to spare you should probably go next door to the Italian ice place - I've definitely had a 30 minute wait behind 2 other families before.

These comments don't lie. This man is very strange and awkward. He will stand behind the machine out the window so you can't see his face and wants you to lean in to him to give him the order. He won't let you have more than 1 flavor in a cup and gets an attitude if you ask for extra juice . I don't like the customerservice but the ice is very soft and moist . I'm old school I want 2 flavors so I'm going elsewhere .

It was a cold, cold snow cone on a hot, hot day. The blueberry cheesecake tasted excellent with the finest shaved ice! Just fyi, you need to speak slowly and loudly to him. He was extremely nice. I read some comments about bad customer service because he was asking them to come closer, but after visiting, it was likely because he could not hear some customers. I would go back if I'm in that city again!

I was there today. It was almost 100⁰ and there was a line but my peach sno-ball was well worth the wait. The ice is powdery, just like in NOLA. I'll definitely go back.
