Customer service is amazing!!! Fries are crispy and seasoned well. Not the normal saltiness, it’s unexpected which made it even more amazing! My boo ordered lemon pepper, I don’t like lemon pepper due to the lemon taste, but I always got to eat off my boo plate! The ratio was not overwhelming, everything fit just right! I actually can say is good! The garlic parmesan is GREAT, like that hitssssssssss! But the sweet bbq always, ooooooouuuuu the sweet bbq. Both my favorite honestly though, i just love bbq. I will be coming back! Thank you

I ordered 3 plates of wings from food truck downtown and it was horrible. Wings were real small, dry, hard, and you can tell they wasn't fresh.

Why would I recommend anyone here. Me and my family ordered 3 orders of wings and fries.Talked to the owner who just so happened to wait on us at the window. Was told several things pretaining too his business. Got home the wings all three orders was so salty. So salty we couldn't eat it. Had so much salt on it . I put it in the trash. Called the place of business was told by the owner Carl I think was his name . Oh when u r ready just come back I will replace the oders for u. He said anytime. I agreed. Call back when I was ready to get my wings replaced. Was told too let me call the owner. Next he is own his way and he will give u a call. Never got that call. Still waiting. Everyone can't eat all that salt on their food. Was even told by the owner I keep telling my workers they can't put all that salt on the food. A lesson learned alway get your food replaced right then. Bad business. Customers r the ones who bring in the money too help keep the business going. UNREAL. I work for my money . Can't just give it away.

Visiting from Houston yesterday and found this spot on Google. The young man working the front and cooking the food was very polite and exhibited great customer service. I ordered the Caribbean Jerk wings (his suggestion) and fried shrimp. These were THE BEST DAMN wings and shrimp I've ever had in Louisiana! And the sauce that came with the shrimp was absolutely delicious! I will come here every time I touch down in Shreveport!

I had placed an to go order and the young lady replied it would be ready in five minutes which I knew better. Anyway I sat there over thirty minutes while everyone after me got their food. So finally the man asked me what did I order??? But to find out the gave my order to someone else!!!! If they stop all the clowning around up there they could've gotten things done correctly!!!!!!!!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND NOT GOING BACK????? And this is what the BLT LOOKED!!!!!
Asked for honey lemon pepper wings and they said “no we can’t do that” even though they clearly have honey + lemon pepper on the menu.
