Service was horrible. Waiter was high and couldn’t speak. Not to mention he couldn’t even get our order correct. By far the worst waffle house I have ever been to.

$1.15 service charge $1.15 to go fee $2.30 on absolutely nothing fake charges I will never ever come back to another waffle house as long as y’all keep allowing these companies take advantage of us is as long as they’re gonna get out of here and then they wanna tip on top of it

Please check y’all reciepts when dining here. They tried to charge me $27 for an allstar meal.. yes a waffle sausage eggs hash brown with a drink $27 and they explained it was a 20% take out fee when I told her to simply put it on regular plates and I’ll eat there she refused so kindly do me a favor and please read the reciepts the math ain’t mathing

My husband and I came in for supper after traveling 12+ hours and it was very close to our hotel. We ordered i asked for my jalapenos to b chopped up instead they were burnt and so was my ham. My husbands hashbrowns were supposed to be plain and had jalapenos in them. Service was a joke and it was dirty. At least 8 people working but you couldn't tell it. Staff was using profanity and manager was rude. I definitely will not be returning or recommending this waffle house(6127 Financial Plaza Shreveport,Louisiana)

Great place to stop at 3 in the morning for some good breakfast. The staff was really helpful and the food was cooked well. I ordered the all-star breakfast with orange juice and it really helped me to the hotel. Will definitely be back for more good food and great customer service.
The food was absolutely disgusting. The food wasn’t cooked all the way. When I told Ruby the server that my bacon wasn’t cooked, she replied it is cooked. I said no ma’am it looks raw. The eggs was suppose to be over easy and they looked like pure water on my plate. The hashbrowns were brown on top and not cooked all the way through. The waffle wasn’t cooked all the way. The service to get a server to the table was very slow. The restaurant was not very clean. The tables and floors looked horribly dirty. This is the worst experience we have ever had at this location. We will not be back to this location. Very dissatisfied customer. Then Ruby came to the table and noticed we didn’t eat hardly any of our food. She said do you want me to have them recook it for you. I said no thank you. Then Ruby said let me go get the manager for you. Well needless to say “she was on the phone” per Ruby. We paid for the food and left.

We stopped there this morning on our way home. Had a 2 and a half hour ride ahead of us. Ms Kisha was our waitress. She was very nice and the atmosphere was very pleasent. Was very well worth the stop.
