I know they were busy, but I came in did nobody say a word I finally found a place to sit down and it was right up front by where they on the end where they cook the food. Nobody said not one word to me not hello be right with you brought me a glass of water nothing and a sat in the air for about 15 minutes. I had enough and I left. You should at least acknowledge your customer I know you're busy, I've never been in a waffle house and not been acknowledged even when they were busy!

Stopped by Waffle House and had a really good experience. The food came out hot and just how I ordered it — classic comfort food that hits the spot every time. The staff was friendly and kept the coffee filled, which I appreciate.
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the place could’ve been a little cleaner, but overall it was a solid meal and I’ll be back.

It’s noon on Tuesday the day after labor day and I’m embarrassed to be here! But the service is great however the two cooks are the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met! The way they talk to my server is sad! Yelling cussing and down talking to her is wrong! She’s an elderly lady just trying to make it! She should be at home retired instead she’s working and being harassed and this isn’t the first time! For a company to allow this is pathetic! By the way I will be going to the news if nothing is done!

I've dined in 3 times here and the food has been SO delicious. Cooked exactly to order and the staff are so kind and welcoming. They waste no time taking your order when you're ready and start preparing it immediately. I don't care what side of town you're on, this Waffle House is worth the drive. We happened to dine on a training day for employees and the new staff were just as kind and sweet as could be while they were learning. This has definitely become a permanent place to visit with my family.
I ordered online and when I arrived 5 mins after the site said the food was ready they had to put the order in right then. There wa absolutely no purpose in ordering online! I was late for work and everything! I’ll never be back to this location
