Needed a cake done put in my order over a week before I needed it got a call the day before that they didnt have anyone. No cake lousy service

Placed an order on Friday for a co-worker. When it was time to pick it up Wednesday no one knew what happened to my order. I'm told that a Ms. Jannet might have taken it (she didn't know who beyonce was) and forgot to have put it in. I'm quite upset that they ruined her birthday surprise. **Update** Due to no availability elsewhere, I had to ask this walmart to do the order again. Ms. Jannette called back and apologized. They did the cake and it turned out awesome! My co-worker was VERY happy and we all enjoyed it. I appreciate them making it right. Not a 5 star due to the mix-up and lack of discount given for the inconvenience.

Very friendly staff that asks if you need some help. Bakery products for the most part are well above most Walmart Bakeries. Good selection and fresh easy to find things. Very unusual for any Walmart that most lack customer service Especially the rest of this store and Management at this store could care less all lip service NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
