Super str8 store..
Absolute dumpster fire of a store. Self check out crowded, equipment for self check out broken on multiple occasions. 2 out of 21 registers open and plenty of staff they are just walking around on their phones or cussing while talking on headphones. Will most definitely be calling corporate on this store absolutely unacceptable.
It is a clean place, everything is in its place and because it is a place frequented by many people, it is always full but quite accessible when making a payment.
When you have staff that's professional, it makes customer like myself enjoy spending my money there and be a faithful long time customer.
The new electronic updates at bossier super center are not in line with typical southern hospitality. Its cold and impersonal. Robots run the entire store. And they have and attitude but at least there's enough registers open I guess. And changing rooms available. Don't bother with the pre order groceries it's a joke at this location. Your better off ordering from the smaller neighborhood Walmarts. There better about the orders being on time.
Called up there to see abt an application, was told the hiring manager is on break so I had called back in about an hour and the phone rung rung rung and when it was answered they quickly hang it up. Those ppl up front are just there for a check and could care less about their customer service. I’d fire and rehire.

Don't know that I would say I "love" it, but they had everything I needed. I go often and know the layout, but I use the app to locate things I don't regularly purchase.
Eeehhhh I hate goin here like I will actually go spend more money on food at another store to not have to go here and deal with the lack of them employee service or just the straight your trailer trash that frequent this establishment
