Wendy's in Shreveport

“My wife and I came inside your Wendy's Restaurant on 3 Dec 2024 at 12:40 pm to grab some food to take home and I just wanted to compliment you on your Host, Melissa. Melissa was extremely attentive, kind and presented herself in a manner that made my wife and I feel like we were royalty! In addition, she gave us both complimentary senior drinks!! I wish all restaurants had professionals like Melissa working in them.“

“Other than finding it extremely difficult to understand what they are saying. Foods good. Seems to have a fast turn over of employee. Either. Everyone's a flake or there's a employee that works there than is impossible to get a long with.

“I could see the food preparers and they were clean as well asthe surrounding area. A plus for impressing a customer like me.

Parking: Keep your eyes open even though their are speed bumps on the property. No respect for walking customers.“

“I ordered the new mozzarella chicken. It tasted pretty good but the edge pieces of the fried cheese were hard and old grease tasting. So when I got to those parts at made it kind of gross. It seemed like a lot of people were working there and there was only one car in the drive through when I walked into the lobby so I found it odd that it took them as long as it did to ask me what I wanted. Fries were wimpy and not hot. Not cold just barely warm. And I'm just here reviewing because I try to review everywhere I go. I realize this is no five-star restaurant but it's also not the best Wendy's I've ever been to. I also go a small cheese burger to take home. And that's the only thing I have to take a picture of. I also got with my meal a vanilla Frosty that I plopped into a cherry vanilla Coke for a float. Their carbonation was super low on the machine. And the syrup tasted a bit off. But that seems to be everywhere I go in Shreveport lately so it might have something to do with the yucky Shreveport water.“

“Whoever is running this store should be extremely proud! I went in at rush hour - line wrapped around building and people flooding the lobby. The team at this location worked together like nothing I had ever seen and were so kind and welcoming, even with the busy atmosphere. They are like this even when it's not busy, but I was super impressed with their teamwork and attitude during a rush. Food is ALWAYS fresh and that lobby is CLEAN any time of day - but it's the people that can make or break the experience and you have got some wonderful employees! This location will always have my business!“

“The new location is a great improvement over the previous location, it is very streamlined and is currently (look at the date of this review) in the best state it will ever be. The staff is more attentive in serving walk-ins than the older one. The drive thru line is still rather slow (2-3 minutes per car). My order was accurate to the letter despite a few customizations (extra sauces, topping changes). Starting off strong!

Parking: Far more free parking than will ever be needed.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is right in front of the main entrance as are the lanes.“

“This is a very nice Wendy's. The restaurant is clean throughout - dining area and bathrooms. The employees are polite and welcoming. The condiment area was well stocked. Our food was prepared quickly. I ordered chili and my husband ordered the $5 meal. My chili was very hot and tasted good. I recommend this location for a quick meal.

“After leaving a not so great review on the app for not receiving a couple food items, we received a call from the GM giving us a free meal. WOW!! Amazing customer service and shows how much they care. There are not many businesses in the Shreveport area that care to this extent and I am so very appreciative. Will most definitely be back:)“

“It’s been a long time that I’ve had such a taste of Rico, we’re abandoning the flavor of WONDY’S food small dessert consider the special flavor But over time they damaged it. The burgers are no longer great, the same flavor, the nuggets taste dry and the fries, not to mention it. But tonight I’m transporting this juicy hamburger mug well served. The perfect nuggets a tremendous flavor. I will cook everything to the greatest pint. Al pinto Que Casio came back to eat again. I hope to have this Route again and I have the pleasure it is considered. And don’t leave out the service a 10 out of 10“

“It's a regular business good customer service fresh food if it's not fresh enough your able to ask them to drop it but most of the time it fresh and hot I had a great experience

Parking: pines road it is about 4 or 5 mobile parking spots for you to park and order your food,pay and then come in or go threw the drive thru very fast and much better they offer free or low money perks in the app.“
