I have been coming here for over 3 years because it's close to my job. I have never received a receipt. I have waited inside for 7 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there. Very poor service.

Terrible, drove thru to get a taco salad and the chips in the package expired oct. 23, 2024 so I call, maam I'm sorry would you like to come by and get some more..... really.... they are all in my salad. Still offering for me to come get some more while I'm at lunch on my lunch break at work with this salad... waiting to see if she would say we are so sorry please come by when you can and get a fresh salad. well, that didn't happen....

Ordered 2 Baconator combos, got on the Interstate, open the burger, took a bite. 😔 it was atleast an hr or so old with patties that looked and tasted burnt. Besides the taste, they were dried out. The nuggets were good. The service, i thought at the time, was pretty good, But i know they kmew what they were serving. This review is based off of this visit. Ive been there multiple times in the past and it's always been up to par or better. But that was $25 out of my pocket and I was on the interstate already headed to Stonewall. I'd lobe to change my review. Thanks

This was my go to for lunch everyday! Im so disappointed cause now orders are wrong, I ordered promo frosty, it was sloppy & outside of cup was sticky, wrong lid and 2 in. In bottom of cup was completely empty. Nobody smiles and if they make a mistake on your order then they act like you did something wrong. They lost any everyday customer.

Went here tonight after work fries were cold didn't think to check my sandwich got all the way home and had a redroped chicken patty. First thing they say is the didn't redrop it ..I visit wendys so often . Often enough to know what it taste like , What it looks like etc.This isnt the first time either, I got time tonight and I just called to speak with yall but u didn't answer. Yhea why would u ? im sure u only get complaints.. your going to make people sick .. yall act like yall at home warming food up for your own kids. When I order food I want fresh food ...next time I'm not leaving out of your drive through unless my food is right . The whole Lil night crew need to be replaced... I see why the line b empty at night..I'm going to give a review everytime from now on out. Yours truly Kim

It's 12:13 a.m. in the morning and Wendy's there's no one at the drive-thru there's no one in the inside unless they're hiding just left there trying to get food and there was no one there and it says they don't close till 1:00 a.m.

I ordered the Asiago chicken sandwich combo. The fries were okay but the chicken seems to had been refried. The skin was peeling and when I took a bite it was hard to chew. Never again!

Worst fast food place I've ever been to and I love Wendy's. Been closed in the middle of the day, literally half the times I've been there. Staff could care less. Food generally sucks. Dr Pepper tastes like Clear Lake water. Have some class. Negative stars if possible.
