Wendy's you all need to really close this location. The service is horrible and the food isn't fresh at all. Where is the manager!!! Just please close this location before y'all have a lawsuit on y'all HORRIBLE food and them unprofessional workers.

Had to double back there because they gave me a baconnator and it was dry like it was sitting for minute. which I didn’t order and when I got there all they did is take the bacon off.. like it’s ok to have bacon juice on my burger that I don’t like then slap a cold peace of cheese on it like I wouldnt notice… trash customer service.. employees don’t care I can tell and no wonder everyone goes cross the street to McDonald’s where it’s fresh and never again will Wendy’s nation wide will ever see a dime of mines again… ayyyrreeeb istumatikum

It’s been a long time that I’ve had such a taste of Rico, we’re abandoning the flavor of WONDY’S food small dessert consider the special flavor But over time they damaged it. The burgers are no longer great, the same flavor, the nuggets taste dry and the fries, not to mention it. But tonight I’m transporting this juicy hamburger mug well served. The perfect nuggets a tremendous flavor. I will cook everything to the greatest pint. Al pinto Que Casio came back to eat again. I hope to have this Route again and I have the pleasure it is considered. And don’t leave out the service a 10 out of 10

The lunchtime crew ladies have excellent customer service skills.
Not only were they patient in correcting my mobile order error, but they were friendly & kind as well!
Plus, the order was spot on perfect.

Ordered online to pick up in store. I arrived and the doors were locked and I asked how was that supposed to pick up my online order if I can't come inside. She said the manager said come to the drive-thru window. So embarrassing as that is I did what they asked. Mind you online still gave me the choice of being able to go inside but when I got there I did not have that choice to go inside. Well when I get to the window to pick up my order the cashier as the manager named Ken by the way if he had my order and he said he don't do walk-ups. Needless to say I wasn't a walk-up per se I only was told to walk up cuz I sure did not want to walk up in the drive-thru. He had an attitude and I let it go and went on about my day. Order the next day same thing was not able to go inside so I went to the drive-thru and I get to the window and the cashier said. My manager said we can't serve anybody that walks up You have to be in a vehicle. Not yesterday I was able to and the same manager from yesterday was the same manager for a day who had the attitude and then told me I couldn't even get no food today after I walked up there and then I had to ask for a refund through corporate office or whatever. So I didn't get any food I had to walk back home angry and then I didn't have the money to get my food because I had to wait for a refund. Tried to call somebody to complain could not get anybody cuz it was too late so I called back up to the restaurant and asked to speak to the matter and told him I needed my refund because corporate said for him to do it he's saying for them to do it. He said the order probably what didn't even go through or the payment hasn't even went through or is coming back whatever. No sir I've already gotten the points for the order like I picked it up already. He said just come up here and get your damn food. So I have to walk back up there. listen to the cook complain about having a remake the order that they made her throw away because they wouldn't serve me. All I had was two chicken sandwiches and two sodas. They made me go wait up front for them to bring my sandwiches out. It took them 15 to 20 minutes to bring my sandwiches out and they were cold and not even correct. I have not called and complained to a corporate or a district manager yet because I really haven't had time but I will be doing this on Monday
