Ordered a single, no cheese, no mayo and no salt. Got a double with hint of lettuce. Took it back and they said they would remake. I let them know it was only a single and they remade still like a shred of lettuce. Do they think we order food just to be spending money or that we order food for nourishment? The food is always good, hardly have any mistakes but thats normal. The workers are usually nice and polite but the big back red head at the window is ALWAYS rude no matter what time of day or what you order. Like I the customer am an inconvenience for her. People like that shouldn't work in any service atmosphere.

I ordered a small chocolate frosty which I like to do about once every 10 days for a treat. The total comes to $2.39 out the door, which is fine if they filled the cup fairly. The red headed girl at the window today gave me my frosty filled at least 2 to 3 inches from the top no need for the big round lid there was nothing to spill. I asked her to fill it up as politely as possible and she refused telling me that's Wendy's standard. Honestly that was rude and usually the frostys are filled up and worth it for a treat. Today I was disappointed by the lack of customer service.
