This might be the worst Wendy's I've ever been in. I'm not sure if it's specific to me, but I tend to experience this every time at this restaurant. It is next to a laundromat I use. Otherwise I would never come here. Am I still ignorable to you??

I actually have a Wendy's closer to me on Old Minden Rd, but that one is terrible! I recommend going to this one, the workers there are kinder, friendlier, the food is always good, they take your order pretty promptly. Keep up the Good work, Please!

I asked for 4 BBQ sauce because I use it for Nuggets and fries. They gave me 2. I waited at the drive thru untilcame back eback and then I asked for 2 more. The window person said they were out. Insisted they had just run out of BBQ sauce even though it was only 5pm. The attitude felt duplicitous and disingenuous. I mean if you knew that you ran out why not tell me versus hoping I might not notice or waiting for me to point it out. I am not confident I will return to this location because it makes me wonder what else are they lying about?

Been here multiple times and the only constant I receive is weird backward customer service. From placing an order to receiving the goods all I get is rude. It’s as though they feel forced to be there.
This is the most amazing Wendy’s THUS FAR ! never had a problem .. some may be rough around the edges but it’s nothing to get fix with the manager they mean BUSINESS.

Everytime we come here lately it takes forever for someone to take your order then it takes forever to get your order. The back is a mess there is food all over and they just drop food and put it back in your plate like nothing happened. The drink machine never has any drinks so you have to get them to make your drink for you. Overall this wendys service is poor and I've been coming here for 6 years but I won't be going back
