French fries are almost always soggy with grease. If you are getting it to go, you will be lucky if you get two packets of catsup... even if you've ordered two meals. Don't bother asking for no ice in your drink cause they're going to fill your cup with ice and hardly any drink.

I’m currently in the drive thru line for a second time, first I waited about 10 minutes total (from waiting to order to getting the food). The manager (light skin black woman who’s kinda tall) handed me my food and said have a good night. I instantly left the line, then realized a moment later (literally a few seconds) they never gave me my drink. So I drove back around and tell the manager that I didn’t get my drink; when I said this she yelled that they don’t have any drinks. When I was ordering she told me there fountain machine was down, which I was understanding about. But what I don’t understand is how the manager can lie to me about not having ANYTHING to drink at all after she took my initial order. This hasn’t been the first time she was rude either. I have at least 3 other encounters with her that I would love to discuss with corporate. They range from her boldly lying to telling me I ordered wrong when the ticket proves me right.

This evening I sent my wife to get a chicken Parmesan Chicken Salad which she was told they was out so she asked for the Cobb salad which she was then told that she couldn’t get a fresh piece of chicken and the Manager Stated she wasn’t gonna cook it. I opened this store and I go to all Wendy’s in Shreveport,La and order the samething once a week and I always get fresh food. Now if I wasn’t black maybe my chicken would’ve gotten made fresh but regardless of color your job is to give the customer what they asked for. This store has went down and I pray Debbie is not over this store because I will be calling her in the morning and reporting your service. Then had the nerve to serve broken pieces of meat as a burger patty really bad day just got worse. Debbie Anderson yes one of your former employees I will be calling you cause I spent almost $36 to be so disappointed I will drive to Airline Dr before Kings Hwy see me again. Oh I sent my son on Hearne avenue with the same instructions and I got my meal.

So to start out I got food here after work on wednesday feb 14th around 950 at night. The first issue was that they did not give me all of my order. (Was missing a jr. Cheeseburger) but the biggest issue was discovered the following morning when my debit card that i used there was used by someone to order over $330 worth of stuff online. Wendys is the only place my debit card has been used in the previous two weeks so in know the theft was committed by one of the employees. All merchadise was shipped to 1600 park avenue apartment 65 so hope they get justice. This has made it so i couldnt pay my utility bills till the money is refunded to me by my bank and i receive a whole new card. If the guilty party reads this i hope the ar15 parts and clothing you bought by stealing from an 18 year veteran was worth it.

The absolute rudest fast food employees I have ever experienced. They shorted us quite a bit of food, but they were so mean I was afraid to even ask for the rest of my food. I was being exceptionally nice because I know everyone has bad days, but he just got ruder and ruder. The cheese on our burgers was burnt black and everything was dumped and smashed in our bags. Don't go here.

New folk with horrible attitudes! Impatient, passive aggressive, and unfriendly! Y’all need to clean house and get some folk in there that are people friendly and that represents gratitude and class! The people you have working for your company are not only bad for the company, they are bad for the community! No one wants anyone preparing their food and servicing them out of pure hate.
