Was in there tonight the 2nd and had to have my burgers remade but yet they still got it wrong and refused to give me a refund
The cheese was I've cold and not melted looked like it was added after the fact
On one burger we asked for no cheese they added cheese left everything else off
Such bs once again asked for money back was told no
Manager was to dam busy messing with little kids
Also allowing the mother of said Childern to undress the little girl standing up in the booth she was at least a 1 or 2 old maybe older very sad
I am calling corprate about the issue

Ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuits and when I got to work it was Bacon but they said I could come back and get what I paid for tomorrow because breakfast was over when I made it to work I don't eat bacon 😊

frosty machine broken again
For Shreveport and how everyone says something about the area. I can say I haven't had complaints yet on it. Not even the customer service. Thankful that some faces still smile and are welcoming.

The only reason Im giving a one star is cuz I have to. These people are too busy horsing around with each other If they get your order wrong, they give you nothing but attitude. Maybe if they wasn't too busy playing they could get the orders right. Never see a manager in there. The food is usually cold and nasty anyways
Customer service is bad and very slow the woman at the Wendy ask me what I want 3 times after I told her

The lobby is always closed 2 hours before 10pm. Doesn't make any sense. As a manager myself your drive through line has gone out into the main street wich is a safety concern ive also noticed a worker has children running around inside while the mother sits and watches. This is unacceptable and this hinders everyone trying to do business with this location.
