Ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuits and when I got to work it was Bacon but they said I could come back and get what I paid for tomorrow because breakfast was over when I made it to work I don't eat bacon 😊

For Shreveport and how everyone says something about the area. I can say I haven't had complaints yet on it. Not even the customer service. Thankful that some faces still smile and are welcoming.

Service was slow. We placed 4 orders and they were given to us in reverse order with about 15 minutes from the first to the last. By the time the person got food, the first one had finished eating. Several burgers had stale buns. Also, there's something wrong with the drink machine. Tastes tainted or unclean. Staff was friendly. Maybe just need some training and better management.
