Drive thru service lousy. Check your food before you leave!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato in the drive thru. Got a potato but no sour cream. Called to complain and they said they were out of sour cream, but no one told me that when I ordered or when they gave me a lousy baked potato.

I have not learned to avoid this particular Wendy's. It's rare that my order is correct and hot. Tonight it was hot, but not correct. Is so hard to ask for a single, no cheese, light Mayo, light mustard and still expect the veggies to come with it, like in the picture. I ended up with a double, no cheese, light Mayo and mustard. Fries were also hot. That's a plus. But should I have to say give me lettuce, ?, ?, and onions. I am just going somewhere else.
Wendy's has become more of a hood rat type of atmosphere just coming through the drive thru. I hate it now. The other people who used to work there were always so nice. Now there are not so nice people there
