2 trips in a row. Both horrible .ordered a chicken burger. Got home paddy was still frozen and raw. Today got a burger and burger bun was hard as a rock. Not sure what is changed but I won't be going back until they fix the problems

A great nice Wendy's with great service. The strawberry lemonade was good enough alone to make you want to come back. Also the new bacon mushroom burger was excellent

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a burger. One chicken sandwich was raw, i had already taken a bite and chewed it a few times before realizing it, the second chicken sandwich was WAY overcooked(dark brown and as tough as beef jerky) and the burger wasn't in the bag because they forgot it. 3 out 3. Wow. When returned to the location, the manager was very concerned and upset that it happened, she was VERY understanding and professional—but one of the cooks smirked about the situation.. I better not get food poisoning, I've had it before and it SUCKS😡

Restaurant was super busy and had a line out the street.
Attempted to go into the lobby and it was closed during lunch time with zero signage or explanation.
I received fast and friendly service. I ate in. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere during lunch time.

This store has not improved , my burger was cold and dry. Ordered at 3:10 pm , drive through, the store was not busy, must have been a leftover from lunch. Never again!
