Not only did they take 30 minutes to get our MOBILE ORDER out but also sooo rude & careless! They have a sign on the wall inside saying multiple things they are expected to do and say. I literally LAUGHED after reading it because that’s nowhere NEAR what we have gotten any and every time we’ve been in here. We made our mobile order as my fiancé and I left our jobs (about 5-6 min away from this Wendy’s) & don’t get our food until 36 minutes after standing up there getting ignored and the order was still not ready. We’ve been cussed at before for asking for a straw. I believe they need to terminate all of these people & start over. These people don’t care & they’re very disrespectful. Be better Wendys!
