We arrived 50 minutes before closing on a Friday night. No line. We ordered simple items like nugget combos. We waited over 20 minutes for cold fries and old nuggets they hid under a few fresh ones. I had to go inside to get our missing fries and sauces for the nuggets.

Ordered a $5.00 BIGGIE BAG That I was charged $6.00. The never mentioned up charge was 25 cents per chicken nugget for Spicy Ghost nugget, so hidden charges I feel is theft. Up charge was not on anything I could find in on menu board or else where.

Got a regular baconator and when sos burgers become so small same price as other place regular size burgers. Don't remember Wendy's burgers being so small. Where's the beef?????

I don't know why some franchises are great and some are mediocwendy's is usually one of my favorite places cause I get my backed potato and chili and why would this 1 taste different than the 1 where I closer to where I live? The hamburger bacon something shrunk to slider size .I don't get it. We were on the road traveling. I don't see. Any of reson to stop back in? Was not that great of an experience they messed up on the order.I just wasn't impressed.

Horrible experience. To start the person taking the order was rude and kept asking if that was all when I repeatedly stated we needed a minute. The order was read back incorrectly. Then the guy handing the food over smelled like a marijuana factory. The chicken sandwich was missing cheese. The chicken nuggets were missing the sauce. The frosties were more like milkshakes. At least the food was hot.

Me and my family of eight stopped there this morning for breakfast. Worse Wendy’s food we have ever had. As you can tell the sausage was burnt. The biscuit on another sandwich was microwaved too long. The eggs on another wasn’t what we call eggs. We got our order to go so we were too far down I20 to turn around. We originally thought this location was closed because we didn’t see any other vehicles in the parking lot. We found out why. Avoid this Wendy’s location.

Stopped here for a snack on a road trip from Texas. Cashier on duty was great. Store was gross. The outside concrete needs to be power washed badly. The inside needs a DEEP cleaning. The soda counter was nasty and there were at least 20 cup rings from previous guests. The freestyle Coke machine was by the nastiest I have EVER seen. There were more flies than people and there was dead flies in the window still. Based on todays experience, I would NEVER stop at this location again.??♀️??♀️??♀️
