I ordered on the app for pick-up in the drive-through. Once in the Drive-through, I was told my food wasn't ready (this is 20min later). Was told to pull in the mobile parking spot. After waiting a few minutes, I decided to go inside and get my food.The fries were still warm, the sandwich I ordered without pickles had pickles in it.Do not place your order on the app. They are not ready yet.

The cashier (Christopher) was very helpful with all of the orders (basketball team). He definitely engaged me in conversation and I would go visit again. The food was good as well!

Since we discovered this gem, every time we stop in Shreveport for gas, we eat at this Wendy's restaurant. They consistently do such a good job at this location, that you can count on them. I've never been to a better run Wendy's.
