Worst service, everytime they close earlier than supposed too and when you go to the window to ask why their on there phones ignoring you. No response with their earbuds in listening to music 10/24/25 @ 12AM and close at 1AM EVERYTIME!

The girl working register did not listen when we ordered our food she acted spaced out had to ask her 3 different times for the items we ordered the her response was i didn't hear you . The salad i ordered was horrible the lettuce had already turned bad and smelled my bottle of water was hot . Very disappointed

People in Shreveport can’t do nothin I swear. Out of baked potatoes so you give me bacon and grease fries. Why are these French fries SWIMMING in bacon grease??? Why did I only get seven nuggets when I pay for a ten piece??? Why do you all but one person have a stank attitude???

Online Order, and THEIR sign advertising says skip the line. Our food was off to the side not on the rack, Associate was ignoring me, and filling orders, never acknowledged me or looked at me. My food was cool not hot

I ordered the party pack of spicy nuggets they didn't have all spicy nuggets so I got half regular half spicy the spicy nuggets were old and hard customer service was ok but y give me old nuggets
