I ordered the party pack of spicy nuggets they didn't have all spicy nuggets so I got half regular half spicy the spicy nuggets were old and hard customer service was ok but y give me old nuggets

Young lady taking order was playing with her hair. Didn't address me to take my order when done with her hair. Then acted annoyed when she did take our order. Food was acceptable.

The woman working the drive thru with pink dreads needs customer service training. On 8/5/24 around 9:42hrs I arrived at the drive thru with an unpleasant attitude as if I was bothering her. At the window she said absolutely nothing to me just reached for my card, now appearing in my face to be visibly annoyed. The taller woman who handed me my food at least acknowledged me and said have a good night. Thank you

Went thru drive thru. Ordered a bacon,egg, and cheese English muffin. No egg was on it. Had to go back into the restaurant IN POURING RAIN to have it addressed. She took my sandwich and took it to the preparer, who put an egg on it and gave it back. Um. I would've thought a new hot sandwich would've been the way to go.
