Went thru drive thru. Ordered a bacon,egg, and cheese English muffin. No egg was on it. Had to go back into the restaurant IN POURING RAIN to have it addressed. She took my sandwich and took it to the preparer, who put an egg on it and gave it back. Um. I would've thought a new hot sandwich would've been the way to go.

I walked into the dining room to order everyone is a huddle like there wasn’t work to do. I stood there a good 5-6 minutes waiting patiently for someone to take my order no one came to take it. Very rude! My fiancé and I left. Will not be returning !

Drive thru was long so I went inside . Got in there the counter worker had her child there also so I’m just standing there over 10 minutes just watching and waiting . The worker child was screaming at her to give her some free fries the worker literally walked pass me standing there to order to assist her child a still told me to wait . I walked out cause I was headed back to work but that was my last time coming to this location !!!!

Long line at drive through. Arguing in the cooking area. I was amazed that the order was correct, hot and surprisingly delicious. Ordered queso fries and nacho chicken sandwich. Two new items to me and they were good.
Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. No greeting from anybody. Had other people come in after me and were helped before me. Been here almost 15 minutes passed my pick up time. It's not busy.In 2004 when I workednat Wendys, had I done any of this, Debbie would have fired everyone on the spot for being on their cellphone within view of customers. Phones are NASTY. No body washing their hands after they handle their phone and putting it back in their damn pocket. Seriously? At least change your gloves. Jesus CHRIST
