Service was quick but the drinks were watered down and the food was ok got the patty melt thaybwas mainly just patty no melt and the chicken basket was completely out of sauce and gravy

There was a mistake on me and my girlfriend’s order and KiKi was amazing she apologized remade the burger and gave us a fry for the inconvenience. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a Whataburger and I never leave reviews but for Kiki and the other staff members professional and amazing service I couldn’t not leave a review thank you

They wear long nails and don’t wear gloves. I am 85% correct when I say you are eating their actual poop particles. They don’t have any customer service. I love Whataburger as born Texan and they should keep it in Texas because this disgusted me.

The service was great! But the reason for 2 stars is due to the toilet flavored water used for their drinks. I ordered a Coke with my Monterey Melt, when I sipped it I felt sick due to how disgusting it tasted. The 3 drinks I ordered with my kids meals also tasted like a toilet bowl. My daughter ordered an ice water and she almost threw up because of the taste left in her mouth. I dont know what’s wrong with the water but I am sure it is not healthy for anyone to consume it.

No ketchup in bag or offered! Paid for large might have got a kids size serving of under cooked fries. Really if you hate your job that much find a new one.
