The service was great! But the reason for 2 stars is due to the toilet flavored water used for their drinks. I ordered a Coke with my Monterey Melt, when I sipped it I felt sick due to how disgusting it tasted. The 3 drinks I ordered with my kids meals also tasted like a toilet bowl. My daughter ordered an ice water and she almost threw up because of the taste left in her mouth. I dont know what’s wrong with the water but I am sure it is not healthy for anyone to consume it.

Worst service I've ever had at this location. The lady was upset because she messed up our order and we caught it before we even paid. Asked for sweet tea received unsweetened. No ketchup in bag or offered! Paid for large might have got a kids size serving of under cooked fries. Really if you hate your job that much find a new one.

Horrible.I didn't get cheese on my burger,My raspberry tea tasted like it had some kind of chemicals in it and I asked for onion rings and got cold fries.They almost always mess up my order on north market

The experience when I walked in the door was great for a fast food restaurant I can't say enough from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with smiling faces and I can feel the energy was happy you don't get that from fast food restaurants I tried something new at Whataburger that day I don't think that they make something that's bad every person that was in that restaurant while I was there was checked on not one time but at least twice and the place was clean I'm a big time clean freak and for a fast food restaurant to be as clean as it was I can't give them anything but 100% A+ gold star marks thank you Whataburger keep up the good work

Sat in line on the outside lane drive through for 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch waiting for someone to take my order. Meanwhile everyone on the inside lane was having their orders taken. Honked my horn, called the store to tell them I was in the outside lane waiting and not a soul answered. Finally I just left and went back to work with no lunch
