Extremely worst service. Sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Get to the window still another wait. Ask for receipt they tell me the machine down. I need my receipt to put my points in my app. Now I done sat in the drive over 30 minutes before I got to the window. Now she ask do I want to substitute for my white gravy because they don't have any ready they are short handed. It's like 3 people just walking around in the restaurant besides her and the manager. She steady saying they are short handed but it's like this every night almost. Ok because I door dash. I wanted a shake with my meal I was told the shake machine is down. I one sat in the drive thru nearly an hour to not leave with anything. Long as it took to give me a refund the gravy could have been. Then it's breakfast time so how are you serving gravy and biscuits. I'm very disappointed the manager made no attempt to try and satisfy the guest. I'm very very upset.

the worst experience ever. and I love whataburger. the guy taking the order was telling me what I wanted instead of listening. then waited 15 min for it to be wrong and instead of remaking it they wipe off whats wrong and still bring it back wrong a second time and then get an attitude. has to be the worst experience I've ever had. I want my money back. should have gone to cane's.

Definitely one of the worst whataburger s in the area. I ordered food for me and my bf. My bf gets a burger meat and ketchup only NO CHEESE. I order it exactly like this and every time without fail it’s wrong. I work in the restaurant industry so I get mistakes happen but I’m not joking when it’s every time. I turned around to the front to get it fixed inside so I didn’t have to wait to go through the drive thru for a 2nd time and as soon as I get out a worker locks the door. I had no choice but to go to the drive thru again and I went to the speaker and nicely said I just went through and it was a meat and ketchup only burger with no cheese but there is cheese on it. The worker responds with “okay pull around”. When I got to the the window I explained again what was wrong (again very nicely because I wasn’t upset I just wanted it fixed) I also asked for a new thing of fresh fries since the original ones were now cold. She just grabbed the bag from me and shut the window. Whenever it was ready she hands me the bag back and says with attitude “sorry bout that” all in like 2 seconds and shuts the window and walks away. I checked to make sure everything was right and it was. They reused the bag I gave her and the wrapper from the original burger. Which is just like… okay. Anyway I wish this spot would work on their customer service ALOT because they have none.
Also I’m really confused how a place that’s 24hrs can just lock the lobby doors whenever??😂😂

I ordered delivery from their website, paid 6 bucks for delivery and 3 tip for driver! All to wait an hour for it to say it’s being delivered when In fact it wasn’t ever delivered to me! 8 Either the driver or store actually cancelled my order almost 2 hrs later! So I called up to the store all to be of no help and couldn’t even get a refund ! Ridiculous
