It's February 26,2025 I just went through the drive through and this was by far the worst meal I've ever had. I've never had a bad experience with What A Burger. I ordered a patty mealt meal and it was luke warm, not hot. They gave me a hand full of fries. My patty mealt has no onions on which it's supposed to. My meal overall was HORRIBLE.

They could never make my family not love What-A-Burger 😌💞 No matter the time the food is all fresh, hot and delicious 😋 without me having to return because they get it right the first time for US...speaking only for our household experiences
Kid-friendliness: Always respectful and the staff repeat your order to make sure it's correct
The lady in the window was nice and I received my food quickly but the sandwich was wrong. I don’t know what kind of sandwich they gave me but the patty melt has onions and my sandwich did not have onions on it.

FLIES FLIES FLIES FLIES EVERYWHERE How is that I order in the app come inside the store and have to wait 35 minutes even while waiting those 35 minutes I asked how long would my order take the lady at the register said she doesn't know. I say can you go look. She walks comes back and doesn't say anything . So now she goes on break and manager on duty is on the register and has an attitude when I asked about my food then tells me that they DON'T have the items to make the taquito. Then walks off . Never asked to see receipts I had to say to here look and show her. I hate everything about everyone up there at that store. This the 2nd time I'VE went inside the store to get my food and had to wait 30-45 for one item. I hope whoever owns this store or franchise fires every single one of those people. And get people that actually want to work and not get an attitude when you have to take an order at the job they applied to

They weren't busy inside. The employee at the register got my order wrong and called out my name as "white" when that was not the name I gave. I was passing through in a hurry to get home 2 states away, so I choked down my meal and left. It didn't kill me, but it didn't hit the spot.
