Rarely will I give low scores, but this place has the absolute worst customer service ever. I stood there waiting to give my order and the one taking orders just looked at me and kept walking away. Finally a manager(?) blue shirt walked by and said can someone take her order? The lady looked at me, said no and both walked away. I was presentable, polite, smiled, and she just had no intention of speaking to me. I have never stopped there before, I am from a different state and was passing through. I will not patronize Whataburger again - at ANY location.

The service was pretty decent, but the food quality was very poor. Our burgers were overcooked, which made them extremely tough to chew. The French Fries were fried extremely hard as well. We didn't send it back to due getting back on the road to travel out of town.
