After sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, my food should be piping hot.

I can honestly say this location has gone down. They need better management to manage this location. These young people they are hiring DO NOT care about how they serve look or fix your food. PLEASE stop hiring these young people that don't have good work ethic.

I deliver food and Whataburger suppose to make the drinks they gave me the cups I told them I'm not suppose to make the drinks if I'm delivering them the manager just standing there like she don't know that drove me then it took them 20 minutes to even make the people drinks the young guy in there was very polite I don't know his name but he has great customer service

When did we change to chicken nuggets on the honey butter biscuits? Horrible and definitely not worth the price. They friendly most times though.

Told the I wanted a number 3 only with meat and cheese only nothing else drove off it was wrong Covered in mustardbrought it back then I was missing two pieces of meat and it was fully loaded with everything I sent it back again and they argued saying plain and plain and dry or two different things I never said plain or plain and dry. I said I wanted a number three with meat and cheese. Only nothing else they brought it back a third time wrong again I don’t mind them making mistakes. I was polite about it, but trying to argue after the receipt clearly said plain and dry as well. Come on do better. I thought they fixed it on the third time until I drove down the road and realized they added the meat and took off the condiments, but they accidentally left a little bit of lettuce and pickles where they peeled everything off after I told them I was allergic

Busy as they be you gone get cold fries and cold food ask them to aka food over they got mustard all over my chicken sandwich I really hate visiting this location but it’s close and tonight was the last time I waist my money with them
