Needs to be more flexible with the custom . Ordered a pastrami and asked for it on a role instead of rye and they said they could not do that even though the sell the Philly's on A role. No difference in price for just a sandwich. No menu at the drive thru. Had to go inside to get a paper menu and there is stuff missing off the one they give to the customer. The steak Philly was pretty good.

The customer service was great, the place was nice and clean BUT, the bread on the po boy was so hard you couldn’t eat it, the French fries was cold and hard, also the onion rings were cold. It’s sad people come in and pay with their hard earned money to get cold and hard bread!!! Never going back there!!!

Second time here really good burgers everything hot just like it has to be
I have been twice now in 2 days and I had the same thing each day. I love this place. I had the whatphilly with cheese for $ 9.99 and a frie and drink. Good deal and it's good. I was a little disappointed they were out or tea. But that's ok. I highly recommend ? this place if your in Shreveport. The lady that works up front is very nice and friendly. Didn't get her name. The place is clean and plenty of tvs to watch while your having lunch.

Placed an shrimp and cheestake order to go , got home and it was wrong...called the restaurant to inform them and let them know I was bringing it back...when I got there instead of having the correct sandwich ready they handed me a Styrofoam box with about 5 little shrimp...VERY DISSAPOINTING!

The owner or cook or whoever should not be whatever HIS title is. Talk about rude. If someone asks for extra meat and is WILLING to pay the extra cost then it didn’t even come with onions and peppers like he said it would come.. I don’t understand the need for the rudeness. Definitely won’t be returning.

What A Philly is about five minutes from our home. After church today, my husband and I stopped in for a couple of hamburgers, fries, and drinks to go. The counter person was pleasantly friendly, and the restaurant was clean. However, the lids didn’t fit very well, and our drinks resulted in sticky cups and fingers. When we arrived home with our meals, we discovered two dry CHEESEburgers, no mayo or mustard (as promised on the menu), and very soggy fries. There was not a crisp chip anywhere. These meals were a disappointment. We’ll give What A Philly another try, but I’m not hopeful.

I had the Philly combo , the bread was hard and dry, the onions and peppers were mushy and over cooked and the meat was not seasoned and not very much meat on the sandwich. We had to wait for our food and when we got it the fries were Cold !! The restaurant didn’t have any customers when we pulled up and that was a sign we ignored, should’ve gone with my instincts and not stopped!
