I ordered a house salad from your menu and evidently you were running low on lettuce, because this was the worst salad I have ever seen at the prices you charge. I had to go find something else to eat after I left your place because of the skimpy salad. The pecans were like rocks. I will never eat at your place again. Also your prices are a way too high. I can see why you weren’t very busy. I think you’ll be closing you doors soon.

This was our first time eating at a restaurant at Sam's Town Casino. The chicken permesean/noodles , Porkchop and asparagus was unseasoned. We used an entire pack of salt and pepper and still no flavor. The only taste was from the tomatoe sauce. There was only about 5 asparagus on the plate. It was horrible for the price. Very unsatisfied!

The atmosphere and service was great, but there's a reason it was only 1/4 capacity at 7 pm on a Saturday night. Any chain steak house you drive by has a better steak than this place for 1/3 of the price. Everything on the table was bland and cheap. When I spend $200 to eat for 2, I expect to enjoy my meal. Apparently you're paying for the the atmosphere and the service. Not the food. My wife and I literally ate out 3 times over the weekend. Friday night we spent $50 at a local establishment and it was great. Saturday night, our anniversary, we ate here. Spent $200 and the food was sub par at best. Sunday we we spent $72 at Texas Road House and that was for 3 people instead of just the 2 of us. Our food was 100 times better at the other 2 places. We won't be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.
Food was terrible, oysters were warm and dry, French Onion soup was brown paste. Server was completely overwhelmed Atmosphere was like a diner with hanging heat lamps like a buffet I would no recommend to anyone!
We had a terrible experience, service was terrible, appetizers were cold, salad had stalks and reddish color on lettuce, drinks were awful. we elected to pass on entree due to quality of food and service thus far. the only highlight to the experience was a young man (Adam) who got involved with situation. He made a bad situation as well as could be handled. Sam's Town needs more employees like this.
very, Very, VERY LAME/MEH... 1) very nice, clean ambiance, if not SUPER lux... still acceptable, but not worthy of praise 2) Waitress/server was the BEST, most POLITE & ACCOMMODATING, but unfortunately... a completely inexperienced rookie that I had to train in even the basics 3) chef/kitchen was unfamiliar with the term “Pittsburgh Style” for steak temperature, so I wisely ordered medium rare 4) kitchen/server attempted to serve steak when I was only 1/2 way finished salad. Their solution was to keep steak on hold under heat lamp... almost certainly pushing it beyond perfect medium rare into almost medium. 5) based upon Trip Advisor ratings & reviews, it may be that this is the best that Shreveport has to offer & I need to adjust the scoreboard accordingly, unfortunately.
Food was terrible, the bread was hard, the steak wasn't cooked the correct way, ordered 2 $10 sides; and both were cold and disgusting, couldn't eat either one of them. Would not recommend wasting any momey here!!! Waitress was kind.

We didn't have a good experience. The service was okay, but the food wasn't good. Very short staffed. The chicken was dry and had no flavor. We told the server, but there was no offer to rectify the problem. Three meals with tip was $150. The restaurant is located next to a stage area that was playing loud music. You couldn't have a conversation at your table. We stayed at Bally's Hotel and Casino the weekend before and it was great! We would not dine here again.
Went 15 mins early and they could not sit us down yet so no big deal, we left to see the casino. Came back at the reservation time then aside from waiting for the people in front, once they were sat the host never came back. Someone else finally came by and sat us down 20 mins later. They were out of the appetizer that we ordered, then we ordered the entree but the shrimp linguini was not creamy, too watery and the shrimp did not have a good taste so my GF left it all didn't eat it. I ordered the prime rib. The first bite the steak was cold and only ate half of the steak. Order sautéed mushrooms and they were burnt and dry. We regretted going there and for the cost was not worth it at all. I wanted my gf to have a great bday dinner and was extremely disappointed. The level of quality was not delivered from the beginning and the food was disappointing.

Another great meal. The Chicken Parm is absolutely massive! Super tasty 😋 as well. I highly recommend this on the menu
Very under staffed. The server was nice, but she kept forgetting things and struggled to get the right items to the table. Food was very sub-par and over cooked. The live band out in the lobby was bleeding over into the restaurant, making it tough to even have a conversation
This brunch buffet was not worth $65 a person. They even charged $65 for our child. We were disappointed.
I went to williamsby, hadn't been there in a while. Try out their prime rib. Ask for medium well. It came out overcooked the salads. I had came out with yellow lettuce. I requested it a new salad. That's only to be met with the same. The baked potato I had it was not fresh. The overall meal was the best. Very disappointing.
The food was delicious and the server was great! The only issue was that they need more servers, as ours seemed to be the only one working the entire restaurant. We had to wait long periods for everything. It seems like they don't have much business but they still should staff better to ensure that the business that they do have gets taken care of in a timely manner.
