I came to order and they didn’t except me they looked at me and said there line to backed up, I stayed to see if they excepted any other customers, and boom they did, note to self it was 10:00pm and they close at 12:00am, and I’m Chicano! This place is filthy I walked in there all kinds of stuff all on the floors looking nasty. If they can't keep it looking clean I can't imagine what they're cooking with. When something was said employee was very very rude not sure the gentleman's name. There are too many locations stay away from this one just my opinion.

The food was terrible, and it made me sick. Staff could care less if orders were correct. Orderd pickup, then tried to pick up 20 minutes later and still haven't started on my order. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order to be made correctly. And then to still get sick from it. They close at midnight and I didn't have my food until after.

I hadn’t been to this location in a few years, but I’m most definitely planing to make this one my GO TO spot. The customer service was a 10/10, I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my order was immediately taken. I was even offered complimentary drinks due to the wait on my order.
The young man preparing my order even updated me on the wait/cook time for my order throughout my entire wait time.
The staff were very friendly, fast, and even patient with other customers when ordering over the phone and at the counter. (As I witnessed)
Overall experience 10/10 ! S/o to the evening/ night crew at the pines rd location.
I appreciate your great customer service and definitely look forward to coming back.

This has got to be the worst wingstop in Shreveport, this place is dirty inside, too many employees not doing anything being unprofessional. One employee was trying to fix the drink machine with a long metal bar to unjam the ice, I can only wonder where they keep that metal bar.
