We came in to eat today. Was my craving. We finally received our order 30 minutes later. (There was only 2 ppl ahead of us that had already ordered) The drink station was almost out of all drinks. No choices really. No salt. We asked about salt n cashier finally got back to us that they was out. No cheese I heard the cashier tell someone over the phone. Another person came after us asking the cashier about the Diet Coke is still out. N then others came in an I heard them talk amongst themselves saying how disappointed they was about the lack of drink choices. Whomever is most definitely not staying on top of this cuz too many people complained about it. When we finally received our food they had my food and The Husband’s food in same container (one order on top of the other) I ordered mild cuz I take take all the seasoning spices (hot) and Husband had ordered the Louisiana Rub. Mine was on bottom in all the hot juices from his hot spicy tenders. He went back up to the front n asked for a container. I took most of my food home cuz I had to wipe off all the hot spicy juices from my order. The only good thing I can honestly says is that from the window in the kitchen area everyone was steadily busy working. Also the men’s bathroom was out of order. We don’t eat here often but think it will be awhile before we come back. The pictures I’m posting of the drink station shows all the grey out of “unavailable” drinks. And no where was my absolute fav which was strawberry lemonade. Was another person’s fav cuz I over heard another say they out of the strawberry lemony which is really good.

I tried to call in a to go order. I was informed that they do not take call in orders. I go in to order and the lady taking my order was very friendly. The chicken... was horrible. Barely seasoned. Inconsistently fried. Just very mediocre. The ice machine didn't work. The soda machine was sticky and dirty. The dining area was dirty. It was an overall horrible experience.

This place is absolutely trash. Our wings are always soaked in grease, dry rubs are non existent on the chicken, fries have no seasoning and this time we have bites taken out of multiple of our wings!!!! So disgusting. the workers should have more integrity than that. 10/10 won’t be back. Super

Managers give you hard time & dont want to give you corporate number very bad incident today happen as I was getting my food a man employee was soooo rude to a lady worker he was taking his clothes off trying to attack her as she was sitting there stating she wasn’t doing anything but waiting on manager & to leave her alone because she was being calm & not bothering him SOME ONE NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS ASAP

The wings are small. Stole my money, never gave me my food, no one in their corporate office can answer to give me a refund. Will never eat here again. I'd advise others to never eat here or order online. Definitely never order Doordash.Update: I received a call back from the head office and they were very professional with the way they handled the situation.
